There are two Hotel Livemax hotels around Okayama Station. West is closer to Okayama Station on foot, but it's located behind the station, so you'll have to go beyond the station to go for drinks.I think the building is newer than the other Livemax.The atmosphere of the room is like any other business hotel.The width of the bed is wide, but the height is small, so I think it's suitable for petite people.I was grateful that the air conditioner worked exceptionally well and cooled down the room quickly.Wi-Fi was fast. It was easy because the password was the same as at other stores and I didn't have to set it up again.I think it's convenient and has everything you need.Personally, I think this one is definitely better than the other Livemax.

Courteous front desk. There is a microwave in the room. Private room with air conditioner. Air purifier available. It's a beautiful room. It would have been 5 stars if Carrie could get under the bed.

I asked if I could change and they said it's not possible.The cleaning of the rooms is not very thorough, there was dust in several places and the bathroom was not completely cleaned.The sound insulation is not good, you can hear the neighbor's TV.

I had booked a non-smoking room because I had children, but I was directed to a smoking room. When I told the front desk that I thought I had booked a non-smoking room, I was told that it was a smoking room, so I had no choice but to stay there, but when I checked my reservation online, it turned out that I had booked a non-smoking room. It was a long stay, so the room smelled of cigarettes and it was very painful. The rooms also lacked a sense of cleanliness, with dust accumulating in some areas. The location was good, but everything else was disappointing. I will never go there again.

I used it for work.It's about an 8-minute walk from Okayama Station, and there's a convenience store nearby, so I think it's a good hotel for both business and sightseeing.The entrance and the room were clean.The LiveMax logo is on various fixtures in the room, which is a bit of an obsession. I was surprised that there was a microwave oven installed.The room key was an IC card type.I was satisfied with the accommodation fee, which was around 5,000 yen on a weekday in June. I would like to use it again if I have a chance.

To be honest, the staff at this chain of hotels are not very responsive.There were two people this time, but did one elderly person come in and return? That's what it felt like.It's an automatic check-in, so it's easy to understand if you mention it, but it was good because I noticed it on my own without any explanation, but it may be a problem for those who are not used to traveling.The room is relatively clean and the station is close, so I don't think the location is bad!There are a lot of parking lots in a small place, I think it's like this because it's in front of the station.
