This place feels like a school trip accommodation, like the accommodation in front of Bulguksa Temple in Korea. The room is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator.Because it was close to Dogo Onsen, I walked around the streets at night. Travelers are satisfied with the low price.

Although it is located on a bit of a hill, it is a convenient inn close to Dogo Onsen. It's also reasonably priced, so your wallet is safe. The food is delicious and the best!In addition, the various options provided by the staff are amazing 😁 We recommend you to stay at least once.

A hostel built on a cliff where the building sinks 5 centimeters a year. This is the only dormitory accommodation where you can stay in a private room. You should have dinner. Even in Matsuyama City, there are not many meals that have a large number of items. However, I was disillusioned when I saw that my grandmother, who I thought was the host, was harassing the staff. The staff I had the privilege of speaking with acknowledged this, so there's nothing I can do about it. When the grandmother eats too much brown rice for breakfast, she complains to the guests.

I don't mind if the owner sees it. I'm leaving a review in the hope that this place will improve into a better space. I saw some reviews saying that the owner's service was not good, but I liked the friendly service he gave me. However, I had a strong feeling that we were the only guests in the building. I was scared because of the large cockroaches I encountered in the hallway, but when I entered the room, there were two cockroaches running around... I was so surprised that I told them, but they told me that the upstairs would be okay and that they would give me a room, so we could all go in and sleep there one by one. But I was scared of something, so I was just huddled together in that small room to sleep, and another cockroach fell out of the curtain. I didn't think I could sleep well, so I immediately made a reservation at another hotel and left... They gave me a partial refund and apologized several times!! In Korea, it seems that if you use something called a wheel smoke bomb, you can catch the wheel in a vague way. I recommend trying it. Also, the bathroom doesn't seem to be well maintained for mold or anything like that!! Ah, I was looking forward to it because I liked the space decorated like a comic book room on the 2nd floor, but I was disappointed. (I got a 3.5-star hotel for the same price on the same day, so I think I could have made a better comparison.)

Don't forget to do your shopping before entering Dogo Onsen's Sakanoue Inn. The price is reasonable, but it was empty even the day before the marathon, so it seems like a good place for people who like spiritual music.

It's a youth hostel, but is it for an older age group? I regret that if I could get a hotel for around 2000 yen, I should have stayed at a normal business hotel. If you're looking for a private room, it's better to stay at a business hotel if you don't mind the location. (Dogo Onsen is also open until late at night, and although it's close, it's a steep slope, so even if you enter the hot spring...) It was a shame that the equipment was old (power outlets, etc.). The cleaning of the common areas is also not thorough. I made a reservation by email but received no reply. Phone only. No hospitality.

I think you will enjoy the familiarity of a youth hostel. It’s great that Dogo Onsen is nearby⁉️The president's warm personality is palpable.
