I stopped by on my way back from skiing.I liked the changing room and bathing area, which were new and clean, but there was no hot water at all in the washing area.I spoke to the front desk about the situation on the extension line, but no one came to check on me, and in the end, there was no hot water. When I complained to the elderly man at the front desk as I was leaving, he responded with a ``Yes, yes'' without looking at me and walked into the office.I won't be using it at all in the future. Those who are considering using it may feel uncomfortable, so we recommend that you do not use it.

According to the Google review, ``The receptionist's receptionist is not very responsive. The lady at the reception is good.'' In particular, many people wrote about their uncles. I headed to the hotel a little nervous. The initial response was normal. Is it as bad as everyone says? I thought as I headed to my room. The room itself is large and fairly clean. Although the items and equipment (the mysterious sleep mode on the refrigerator) were old.I want to heat up the dinner I bought on the way, so I look for a microwave. It's not in the room, so I look outside. ………do not have. Ring the reception bell. I'm sorry. ...He won't come. I brought my husband and tried again. ...He won't come.I left the microwave behind and took a walk around the building. It's pitch black, but there's a bar open sign and a moving automatic door. Huge banquet hall. A mysterious kokeshi doll. Mysterious stairs. A door connecting the men's and women's baths. A hall full of mysteries. And it's too wide. After completing the exploration, I went to the reception desk again. I'm sorry. "Yes." Did you finally come out? I'm sorry, but there's no microwave oven. ``No, no! (∩゚д゚)''...Oh yeah. Return to the room.….This...this is it! Isn't that what everyone was saying? Then we had to eat the cold rice...The lady who helped me the next morning was nice.I was told, "Please come again," but I wonder when "again" will come...

A long-established inn in Nishiwaga, deep in the snow. The baths and the hostess's hospitality were excellent. In winter, we only had a bath.
