The renovated old house is wonderful, but I felt like I was renting the whole house as a private lodging rather than staying at a ryokan. It is recommended for those who want to use it as a private lodging, but it may not be suitable for those who require the services of an inn.check-in :Check in at The Shiroyama Terrace, which is about 3 minutes away.Since I had a private car, I moved straight to my room, but the road to the parking lot was quite narrow. You can park in the parking lot behind the inn and enter from there.(However, the parking location information for each building had been peeled off, so I wasn't sure where to park. No one seemed to be checking.)If you don't have your own car, there will be a shuttle service available. (If you walk, it will take more than 10 minutes)room :I stayed in Building A.It's spacious anyway. The first floor has a living/dining room, Japanese-style room, bedroom, cypress bath, and toilet. Refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, Tefal set, and all tableware available.Bedroom, Japanese-style room, living room, and toilet are on the second floor. All amenities were also available. The refrigerator is stocked with water, coffee, and tea. There are no drinks or sweets other than water, so I think it would be better to buy them outside before checking in.The bathroom is spacious and you can take a relaxing soak in the cypress bath, but it is not a hot spring. The garden was well maintained and beautifully lit up at night.(However, you can turn on and off the lights yourself)It seems that you can use the facilities at The Shiroyama Terrace, but considering the 10 minute walk and having to ask for a shuttle, I didn't use it.meal :Since I had a regional coupon, I didn't use it for dinner and breakfast and ate out instead. If dinner is included, you will be asked to move to The Shiroyama Terrace.Breakfast seems to be served at a nearby restaurant.Disappointing points:The bedrooms on the first floor face the road, so you can hear a lot of traffic and pedestrian conversations. There aren't many pedestrians around late at night, but I was woken up by the sound of cars several times. If you are sensitive to noise, you may want to sleep in a room on the second floor. The lounge was designed to be entered with a card key, and there were no snacks, only drinks. There were magazines, but they were all published in the old days, so I feel like using this lounge is no different than spending time in your room. I didn't really understand what the lounge was for. Also, they don't seem to be good at detailed service, so if you're expecting good service, you might want to be careful. For example, the type of coffee listed in the description is different from the type of coffee actually available. The magazines in the lounge are old. There is no soap for washing hands in the toilet. The parking location information for each building has been peeled off, so I don't know where to park. I feel disappointed in such small details.Overall review:Highly recommended for those who want to stay in a renovated old private house. (In that case, I think there would be a demand for one that can be used for a certain amount.)I don't think this is suitable for people who are looking for services that are included like a Japanese inn.The renovated old private house is quite spacious, the garden is beautiful, and the cypress bath is relaxing and comfortable, so it is recommended for those who want to enjoy it.

Located in the old street in the east of the city, this accommodation was converted from four old houses. There are three accommodation buildings. Depending on the building, it can accommodate about seven to eleven people. Each building has its own and complete accommodation. Space, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, garden. The fourth building is a shared space with a simple coffee area, rest area and small garden. The overall stay is very comfortable. It is very suitable for a family of all ages to stay together. You will stay here all day and never want to leave! Before staying, we must first go to the Tsuyama Villa near Tsuyama Castle to check in and complete the payment. The hotel will arrange a ten-seater bus to take us to our accommodation in the old street. We will have the dinner as scheduled Ten minutes before breakfast time, the hotel will also send a minibus to pick us up to the hotel for dinner. After finishing the meal, just tell the front desk and they will immediately arrange a vehicle to take us back to our accommodation in the old street. Finally, at the agreed departure time, the hotel will arrange a vehicle to take us to the station. At this time, just throw the room card into the small box at the door and lock the door!

I stayed with my family of 5.The inn was a renovated historical townhouse building, and the interior was very clean and nice. There are three buildings, A to C, and they seem to have different floor plans, but our house is in Building B, which has 6 beds, toilets on the 1st and 2nd floors, and 3 rooms. There were two rooms, so the floor plan was sufficient for five people. There is a kitchen and a fine dining table, so you can cook and eat your own meals. Our meal plan was a buffet where we ate breakfast and dinner at Shiroyama Terrace at a nearby hotel. It takes 3 minutes by car, so my family went by car, but it seems that Shiroyama Terrace will basically pick you up and pick you up.Wi-Fi is also available, and everyone was very satisfied with the stay!

Old house renovation innIt's very nice. It took a lot of money to renovate it. The cleaning is done very well.At night, the atmosphere is even better and calmer.I was able to relax.I had dinner at Shiroyama Terrace, but it wasn't that good, so this is my review.
