I stayed for one night with my dog and three family members.It was a really great location and I felt that I would not be able to have an experience like this again in the future.I had given my family information about accommodations on Pontecasa's Instagram, but they seemed deeply moved after seeing it for themselves, and said they would like to go to Pontecaldo with a large group next time. . My wife, who is very picky about scents, was impressed by how good each scent was. It was my first time staying in a villa-type accommodation like this, and it was a wonderful experience that was different from the hotel experience.The staff treated us in a friendly and pleasant manner, and we had good memories until the moment we checked out.Thank you very much. I understand that running a facility is difficult, but I hope you will continue to do your best.By the way, ``2 cups of Noguchi Farm's rice Koshihikari rice'' was on sale in the refrigerator, so I cooked it and it turned out to be very delicious. I made salted rice balls from the rice I couldn't finish at the barbecue, took them home, and ate them at night, and they were delicious even when they were cold. Recommended for rice lovers! I'd love to!

This was my second stay here with my dog.The location was great. It was nice to have a variety of kitchen supplies.However, there was trash from the previous guest left in the trash can in the washroom on the first floor. I think you should check inside the trash can when cleaning.Also, there was a trash can for dogs in the garden, but it would be helpful if there was also a trash can for dogs on the second floor. I didn't want to have to go outside to throw them away over and over again, so I put the dirty pet sheets in a bag and threw them in the trash can outside before checking out.It would be helpful if you could improve it a little.

Unfortunately, we couldn't have a barbecue due to the rain, but we were able to enjoy the nice room and quiet time. Next time, I would like to stay on a sunny day and enjoy the blue sky and sea.Safe revenge. This time it was sunny and the weather was perfect!It's a shame that a lot of things have changed this third time. Also, it seems that the person from the previous day had probably been cooking yakiniku indoors, and the smell was quite lingering in the living room on the second floor. It's a reasonable price, so I don't think I'll buy it again if something like this happens.

It was a very nice stay. Everything you need is there, so you won't have any trouble. Moreover, they are all first-class products. The scenery was spectacular and we had a luxurious time.It's a shame that the breakfast option is no longer available, but it can't be helped.I would like to stay there again if I have the chance.

There is a disconnection from the concept of ``time to heal your heart with your loved ones and your dog.'' The service has gotten worse, my opinion.○BathAmenities have been improved to cheap specifications. The shampoo leaves your hair dry. Gap from the previous permanent L’Occitane…○Kitchen zoneDrinks, coffee beans, and rice with prices pasted on them. A storm of merchandise sales. It was a long time ago that I was impressed by the rich lineup of seasonings...but now the selection has deteriorated to the bare minimum. Self-catering is not recommended. It's extremely disappointing since I'm paying a fee that's not cheap at all...○Bedding bedroomThe regular pajamas look worn out. There is hair on the bedding and floor, and the cleaning is insufficient? Somewhat dusty? odor.The company has raised prices to prevent price increases and to maintain and improve service quality. I wanted to visit at least once, but Caldo is super expensive. I am acutely aware of the disparity between the financial sense of us ordinary citizens and Ponte owners.I'm sorry for the excuses in the owner's comments.We would like you to understand that customer satisfaction can only be achieved by exceeding customer expectations. At this point, the location is perfect, but the impression is that it is just a vacation rental.Maybe the owner changed? Only profit is hidden in plain sight.

Check out time is too early.I want you to leave bath saltsI couldn't watch Netflix etc. due to a malfunction, so I wish there was another service for that.I didn't order food because I felt it was a poor value for money.I think it would be more appealing if sukiyaki came with fresh seafood.There is no doubt that you can enjoy the best scenery and make wonderful memories.It's great to be able to take a relaxing bath while listening to the sound of the waves and looking at the spectacular view.Services that are great for those with dogs

The location when we first visited, the full range of indoor facilities, the grassy garden, and the cute hut in the garden where you can enjoy taking photos...For my family who wants to enjoy traveling with their dog, who doesn't like people or dogs, we'll stay here again next time. I was so satisfied with my stay that I was planning my next trip on the same day!Every time I go, I realize that the owner has put a lot of effort into it!The drip coffee is exquisite...The BBQ equipment has been upgraded, the interior decoration and home appliances have been changed, and much more!Recently, due to the influence of the new coronavirus, it has been difficult to make reservations, so I stayed at another vacation rental once, but Pontecasa won out by a landslide in my level of satisfaction.Next time I decided to make a reservation without giving up, and this time I was finally able to visit in mid-May♪I thought the weather would be good, but on the first day we had strong winds and occasional gusts of wind, and light rain at night.On the second day, it started raining in the morning, so the weather wasn't so good.However, we had a terrace where we could comfortably stay even if it was only a light rain, and a gas station that we could move around in. Thanks to the BBQ stove, we were able to enjoy BBQ on the first day by moving the stove to a place where it was less affected by the wind.It seems that there is a service in which you can receive a dog toy or food with a paw mark as a gift in the cute shed in the garden (I'm sorry if I misunderstood the service content f^_^;My dog's dog has a paw mark on it) I couldn't find the mark and thought I might have misunderstood the service, so I just looked at it this time (lol), and it was a service that didn't exist when I visited before♪This time we also had fun taking photos inside a cute hut ♪It was raining on the second day, so I decided to enjoy some shopping...and visited Shundo Coffee Roastery, which I had always wanted to visit!I received hot coffee of the type I was interested in, the drip coffee as a souvenir for my family, and the coffee beans for my family~♪This shop has become a favorite spot that I always want to visit when I go to Awaji Island (*˙꒳˙*)‧⁺✧︎*I realized once again that Ponte Casa is a really nice inn.⑅︎◡̈︎*Also, I'm going to put together my schedule early...I'll do my best to compete for reservations (lol)*Since I wasn't able to take many pictures this time due to bad weather, I've attached the summer and winter pictures that I visited previously.
