Best accommodation 😃Great location, just a few minutes walk to the main road and 1 minute walk to the entrance to the approach to Matsuyama Castle. There is a 7-Eleven and Iyotetsu Katsuyama Station across the road.The rooms are sufficient and there are no inconveniences.Detergent is sold at the front desk for ¥50!I stayed at this unbeatable location for ¥3※※※※This is a divine hotel that is much cheaper than a bad guest house❗️

2024 2 nights from September 5thOverall, it was a good value for money, clean, and I was very satisfied with the hotel! ️When you get off the streetcar at Katsuyamacho Station, you will see the hotel on your left and a 7-Eleven on your right.It's in a great location! ️The reception from the staff at the front desk on the 1st floor is also wonderful 👍👍... Everyone is very polite!! ️After checking in, you will pay using the machine on your left (^-^)When I entered the room on the 9th floor, I didn't know what it was, but it smelled a little (´；Д；`)It got better when I sprayed the provided deodorizer on the carpet on the floor and around it.The bathtub wasn't too small, which was helpful.😊😊Breakfast is free for everyone who stays 🎶It's in front of the front desk on the 1st floor, but it can get crowded depending on the time of day, so some people may be seated together (^○^)I think the turnover rate is good because there are few people who chat for a long time (^^)I was surprised that the content changed a little in two days...I thought it was amazing (o^^o)There's a wide variety of food, so it's more filling and better than what you'd get at a regular coffee shop! ️Drinks such as coffee from the vending machine are available for free as many times as you like during breakfast hours 😁😁Oh yeah❗️ The bread was delicious, and it was made by Uchida Pan, a famous bakery in Matsuyama.It was definitely chewy and delicious!! ️Good location❗️ Good breakfast❗️ Good staff❗️ Good rooms!! ️ Good cost performance!! ️The hotel was perfect for solo female travelers☺️☺️👍👍👍

The rooms may be a bit smelly, but the hotel prices are so cheap that they more than make up for it, and the free breakfast that comes with every room is better than a bad hotel.It may not be a buffet on weekdays, but in terms of cost performance, I definitely want to come here when I come to Matsuyama.Also, the location is good.

The entrance to the parking lot is difficult to find. The area around the hotel (north side) is full of one-way streets. The room is on the 9th floor, the top floor. Prepayment depending on the machine at check-in. When I entered the room, I noticed a strange smell that made me feel sick, so I immediately opened the window to ventilate the room. Wi-fi connected smoothly. Breakfast was included, but it was a Japanese-style buffet, and the amount, variety, and taste were reasonable. Although it is a good hotel in terms of cost performance, the strong smell was disappointing.

Used for business trips.It is located in the center of Matsuyama City, at the intersection of Okaido and National Route 11, with the Iyotetsu Loop Line running right in front of it.In terms of location, it's convenient to go anywhere.There is also a convenience store nearby. The streetcar station is also nearby, and if you are traveling by car, it is easy to turn left heading north, but turning right is difficult due to the heavy traffic and the railroad track.To go south or west, you have to go around the narrow alley behind the hotel.There is a lot of car noise at night, but it can't be helped because it faces the main road.The hotel room was good value for money, and it was cleaner and cleaner than expected. Was the bed soft? One pillow is too low. It would be nice to have one more equipped. The lighting is LED, but it's too white and too bright to be comfortable.Breakfast is small in variety but sufficient in quantity, and the staff replenishes it as soon as it runs low.There are tower parking lots and flat parking lots, but there are a few flat parking lots, but there is also a nearby monthly parking lot.Overall, I was able to spend my time without any inconvenience, and I think the location is cheap and perfect for business trips.Add to list of candidates!
