The hotel is completely closed. please do not book this hotel. terrible experience after 4 days, had to find another hotel in a hurry and tiring. The hotel does not update the hotel status in the hotel search engine

I was here once to stay overnight with my wife and my 6-year-old daughter. My first impression of the front office service was not so well as they were not responsive and friendly in handling guest. Few times I tried to talk with the receptionist, he was so preoccupied with her online gaming.Hotel location is strategic as it is located in the area of Nagoya Shopping Mall. However, hotel ambient was quite dark and smelly. The room odors were also smelled cigarete. A lot mosquittos are also in the room.For a budget hotel, i think it can be improved especially the cleanliness and the service quality.

Apart from the good location, the rest is terrible. I could not sleep well because of mosquitoes; I killed at least 6 of them in 2 days. The bed sheet was super dirty, looked like they haven’t changed it for few weeks, and so is the toilet. There is no hair dryer, and the aircon is not adjustable. Additionally, the floor trap is choked.Very terrible experience

The location is very strategic because it feels like it is in the heart of the city.The rooms are quite big with an estimated price of around 250 (the price during the visit H+7 of Eid). the service is quite goodIt's just a shame that the facilities provided are like the teeth have definitely expiredSo we ask the team to be more careful in the future so that incidents like this don't happen again.Overall it's okay. Next time if you go on holiday to Batam, you will book here again.Hopefully Avava Express will be better 🙏🙏🙏

The actual location is wrong. It is at the corner, next to White Tara Buddhist Centre which is about 100 m away.Good location as it is near to Nagoya Hill Mall. The price is cheap also.But..The room is very simple. Poor sound isolation. Water supply was not stable. Towel is not clean. Bathroom is not very clean also. Moreover, the room has mosquitos (make sure you prepare mosquito repeller, luckily I did, or you will not be able to sleep well).Receptionists were nice but it was limited they could do.Breakfast sets (sent to the room), were okay but you can choose not to have the hotel's breakfast as there were plenty of places nearby to enjoy your breakfast.In conclusion. It's only good for people who are looking for cheap place to stay with good location and have low expectation.I gave 2 stars for the location or it will be only 1 star.
