I visited as a shareholder benefit. This is my first time in Nishiazabu. Is Shinjuku bigger? It was empty and I had a comfortable time. The cold shower at the bedrock bath was very pleasant. I was able to use the sleeping sauna and was able to relax. The water bath is deep and great

It's been a long time since I visited the store, but I didn't get my membership card checked.Did you need a membership card? When I checked, the staff told me it was okay as it would just be the regular price.I changed into the hotel clothes I was given and went to the bedrock bath, but was told that I was not allowed unless I wore the designated room clothes, so I went to the front desk and told them that I wanted to enter the bedrock bath and they didn't confirm, but they just gave me a new hotel clothes and locker number. I changed my clothes without saying a word, but as someone who works at the front desk of a store, I thought that was impossible.I wonder what the other staff members would think about relaxation. I went there for the first time in a while, and I was disappointed because I thought it was a store full of staff who didn't know anything. The facility is easy to use and there are no problems, but the staff is the worst.I think I will continue to use the hotel in the future, but I decided to go without expecting much from the staff.

Stayed here for business in the morning.First, the guest rooms.Private room, not a dormitory. However, some of the private rooms have doors that connect to the hallway and toilets, but there are no toilets in the private rooms. I was in a windowless room, and the noise from outside, such as motorcycles, could be heard coming from the ventilation fan.The worst part was that the bed shook when someone walked in the hallway in the next area.Because of this, I wake up in the middle of the night and can't go back to sleep. There is no running water, no toilets, and no hand washing facilities. It's nice and spacious for just sleeping in a dormitory or a capsule hotel, but the noise and shaking are deadly.sauna and bath. Two bathtubs. Warm and a little hot. And a bubbly cold bath. The sauna has quite warm steam and is dry, but it is a sauna that allows you to self-lower.I didn't notice the self-lowering at first, but after I noticed it, I was glad. I also really like steam. I was worried about the cold water bath because I like that the water doesn't run, so I thought it was a bit weird at first, but I fixed it pretty well. There are chairs, but there are no regular chairs. There weren't many people so I had to use two. I can't do it because it would be a nuisance if there were other people around. If the bath in the sauna is a bonus, it's ok. It's better to just have a chair. There is no place to get water in the guest room, but there is a place in the changing room where you can drink water, so that was good. Although it's far away. It's nice to be able to change the towels. There aren't many hair irons, but it's helpful to have one available. The convenience store is across the street after a long traffic light.I didn't have time so I couldn't use the gym or the manga corner. It's not big.Yes, considering the location and sauna.

I visited early on the 25th.The woman who was in charge of accounting was extremely rude.Seriously unpleasant. After paying with PayPay, please show me the pre-payment screen! Before you start stirring things up, you should explain yourself before paying lol.But it's close to my house so I'll go again.I went to Shinjuku yesterday too.It would be nice if the head office would respond properly.

Stayed for one night. First of all, the room I booked was very small with no windows and no refrigerator, and I could hear the sound of people walking in the hallway. I will clean the room you checked out of first, but I will clean it without worrying about it and making noise. I'm paying for the room until 10 o'clock, so I'd like you to be a little more careful. I went into the sauna in the morning, but the ice in my drinking water had melted and it was warm, so I asked the patrol staff to add more ice, and they said they understood, but they didn't have ice for at least the hour and a half I was there. was not added. The staff, who had long sideburns and long curly sideburns, were shouting "you idiots" as soon as they found a sauna mat in the mist sauna, which made me feel uncomfortable. It was a shame because the sauna and the reception were good.

This is a bathing facility for adults. The bath is in the basement, and the facility is reminiscent of the movie Thermae Romae. An Auf Guus event will also be held in the sauna from the evening.
