We used a free site for one night camping. The site was spacious, and the sanitary building was heated, warm and clean (^-^) However, I don't know if it's because it was just built, but there are a lot of things that I would like to see improved...[Good points] Although it is a forest site, the site is well-leveled and spacious. The sanitary building is clean and equipped with air conditioning and heating. Showers are free and clean. You can use the Angel Forest hot springs on the premises as much as you like until check-out (the hot springs are open from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm).You can move around the premises on free rental bicycles.[Bad points] The way to dispose of bonfire ashes is sloppy. (Put it in a bucket in the kitchen, pour water over it, digest it, then put it in a garbage bag and take it to the garbage dump.) I've been to a lot of campgrounds, but this is the first time I've seen a site that uses such horrible disposal methods. . It wouldn't be surprising if a fire broke out at any time. Moreover, there is only one bucket and a colander to strain the ashes with...I was relaxing because I had time until checkout, but the staff started cleaning up fallen leaves with a blower, came near our site, and silently cleaned up the fallen leaves... It was so noisy that I checked out early... Please hurry up and leave. I'm almost begging you to give it to me.The garbage dump was located in a location that was difficult to find on the map given to us.This time, I added breakfast as an option, but when I checked in, there was no explanation of where to eat (I probably should have asked), so I ended up going to a restaurant in the Angel Forest, so it was difficult to find out. Moreover, it said that you could take out bread and drinks, so when I tried to take out drinks, I was told that it was not possible. The store inside the facility said they also had alcoholic beverages, so I went to buy some, but they don't have a license to sell alcohol, so they don't sell alcohol. If you want to buy it, there's a sign at the roadside station...and depending on the time of day, you have to go to the reception desk at Angel Forest to pay. They also have meat and vegetables, but perhaps because it's an unmanned store, all of the meat is frozen, so you can't eat it right away. The campground feels like Angel Forest and Snow Peak facilities are mixed together on one site, so the procedures are a bit complicated.I've been to other Snow Peak campgrounds, but the staff here was a bit disappointing. The price is low and the hot springs are included in the campsite fee, so it's really great, so I'd like to go there again.
