It was a very good stay as per the reviews. It may be a little difficult to get a reservation as there are only 4 groups per day, but this is an inn that I would definitely like to visit several times.The robatayaki of king king mushrooms is especially delicious! ! Of course, the other dishes were also delicious. However, that's definitely not a small amount 🤣, but when I asked about the usual amount, I was told that it comes with double the wild vegetable tempura and fried sweetfish 🤭Please come and experience a quiet and rich time.

There are no convenience stores around, so it's good if you really want to relax.The room wasn't cold, but it had only shoji screens, so outside light (from the inn's signboard) came in, so it was a little difficult to sleep, but it was probably the only room I stayed in. Similarly, I woke up early in the morning.I had a good impression that they put a lot of effort into the details of their meals and did their job properly.The sashimi was also good because it was river fish.The portions are quite large, so if you're a small eater, it's best to check when making a reservation.Overall, it was an accommodation that I would like to visit again.

It is a good place to rent a private hot spring at an inn in an old folk house. However, the room on the second floor had a high ceiling, so it was cold (lol).The food was okay. The food looks great because it took a lot of effort. I want the key to the changing room. The theory of human goodness may no longer hold true in Japan. Although I can enjoy the luxury of eating in a private room, I discovered a major problem with some parts of the inn. I think it would be an indescribable crime. Unfortunately, this is the end. I feel sorry for you.

It was a very comfortable accommodation. The hot water was good, the food was good using local ingredients, the rooms had a traditional atmosphere but were also modern, and the hostess and other family members at the inn were warm and happy. I will visit again. I thought so.

This is a very cozy B&B. The owner and staff are very enthusiastic and the service is very good. Very highly recommended. The food is delicious and prepared with great care. Sincerely recommend

It was a very good accommodation as per the reviews. The friendly customer service from the young proprietress and all the staff (family) was very nice. I was able to enjoy my meals in a private room without having to worry about the noise.

I stayed here during a summer vacation trip. I learned about it from a video by a YouTuber who lived in Fukushima Prefecture. I decided I wanted to stay here with my husband and made a reservation. The food, hot springs, futons, and room were amazing!The food was delicious, with char and oyster mushrooms grilled in the irori hearth, sweet potatoes, and duck meatballs. I had the freshly fried tempura brought to me in two batches, and I ate it, and it wasn't greasy and tasted refreshing. The amount was surprising! The sweetfish karaage was delicious, and although it was my first time eating carp thinly sliced, it had no odor and tasted just like regular fish. The daikon radish pieces in the sashimi were also fluffy and surprising. It is said to be a tsuma cut with a knife. That's delicious! The pickles were delicious, and so was the meat. I was very happy to have dessert as well.My husband was drinking the local sake from Tenei Village and said it was delicious. He said there was so much to drink that he got drunk. I drank homemade plum wine, which was also delicious! I should have used plum wine from the beginning.The breakfast was delicious, and I ate everything in the rice bowl. I thought I could still eat it.Hot springs are warm. It was a bit hot, but I quickly got used to it. It's okay if you don't add water. I was able to relax and use it up to my shoulders.The room is very quaint and nice! The beams were thick and gave me a sense of history. Best of all, the futon is fluffy. I had a soft and restful sleep. The staff were also wonderful.I decided to definitely stay there again.

There were 4 groups per day, so it was quiet and I didn't mix with other people. Even though the food was modest, they kept coming one after another and I couldn't eat them. I thought for a moment that it would be nice to have a drink slowly and modestly.

This is the inn where my husband and I stayed on the last day of our motorcycle touring trip.The food is very tasty but a bit too muchI appreciate having meals in a separate room.The private cypress bath was nice.I like the friendly conversation and customer service.In the morning, in the rain, in preparation for departure, they took the trouble to put a simple roof over the entrance using blue tarpaulin.I was very impressed.So, it was an inn that I would definitely like to visit again.Thank you very much 😊

A small hot spring inn located deep in the mountains.It seems that day trip bathing is not possible as it is for overnight stays only.The thatched roof has a history of 150 years. Private bath for private use. I loved everything about the food service!The meal was hearty and very delicious, with freshly picked wild vegetables and river fish such as sweetfish, and two servings of freshly fried tempura.The taste of homemade mountain fruit sake on the alcohol menu is quite interesting. Carbonated version is recommended.There are a total of 4 guest rooms and only 2 private private hot springs, making it perfect for when you want to relax by yourself.

It was used by 4 adults.I went there with high expectations because of the high reviews online, and as I expected, it was a nice, quiet inn.The staff were also very attentive and had a good sense of distance, not too close or too far away.There are two indoor baths that can accommodate up to 3 people.If there are slippers left at the entrance, someone else is using them, so you can come back later.This is a private rental, so you can relax with your family.Meals are served in separate rooms as a family unit, so you can enjoy your meal while enjoying conversation without worrying about those around you.There was a hearth on the table, and the charcoal-grilled rockfish and Kingfish were very delicious.There was no refrigerator in the room, so that was a bit of an inconvenience.

The husband, the landlady, and the waitress,Thank you for all the help you have given me.This time, I used it for the first time on the last day of a cherry blossom viewing trip for three old men.The inn was an old thatched house in a quiet village in the mountains, and it had a nice atmosphere, and everyone was friendly and we had a lot of fun talking.In the serviceI was very satisfied with the private cypress bath, the modern and clean room, and the delicious and generous dinner and breakfast.On the way home, I made some rice balls and ate them deliciously on the Shinkansen ride home.(thank you very much)There were also plenty of facilities such as toilets and WiFi.We look forward to using your service during the autumn foliage season.

Arriving at the inn after enjoying Fukushima's cherry blossoms, we felt as if we had gone back in time, the casual service of the people at the inn, the food that can only be eaten here, Tenei Village's proud sake, and the indescribable comfort of the cypress bath. It was a wonderful trip, with everything being more comfortable than I could have imagined.It's a high hurdle to repeat from Okinawa, but I'd like to make it happen.Thank you very much to the husband, the landlady, and the charming ladies for your help.The rice balls I received were delicious and I ate them on the Shinkansen on my way home. A quiet hot spring inn in the mountains. It is said to be an old thatched house that was built over 150 years ago. While it has a historical feel, it has also been renovated and is very comfortable to stay in. The cleanliness of the rooms and linens is also impeccable.It seems that the style has been changed from 8 rooms to 4 rooms during the coronavirus pandemic, and the way you use the bath, the guest rooms, and the dining area all feel luxurious and spacious.You can enjoy the hot springs flowing directly from the source without being disturbed, and while it may not be fancy, you can still enjoy carefully prepared delicious food. The local sake from Tenei's two gold medal winning breweries is also very delicious.As a small inn, the customer service is warm and welcoming.I feel like I found a nice place to stay for the first time in a while.To be honest, I didn't really want to tell anyone about it, I wanted to make it my own private hideout.

The hotel itself is full of historical beauty, but it is equipped with the latest and clean equipment, and the reception staff can make you feel friendly even if they are wearing masks.The independent hot spring room allows you to relax without being affected by other travelers, and there is no special time limit for use.It is really a hot spring hotel worthy of support and encouragement!

The building, hot springs, food, and other good old things have been carefully preserved and kept simple. I would like this to continue for a long time to come. If you have read the reviews, please visit us.However, in winter, it is better to visit by taking the Yacon train from Shin-Shirakawa Station. Due to the snow and frozen roads, only locals can ride.I thought I was taking it easy, but it passed by in the blink of an eye.

The food is delicious. The cleaning is thorough, and the bathrooms are designed so that you don't overlap with other people, so you can rest assured. The autumn leaves in Tenei Village are also spectacular.

The atmosphere of the old folk house building is good. Meals are eaten in separate rooms for each group, which I thought was a good way to prevent infection. The menu includes a wide variety of ingredients, including local river fish, vegetables, and mushrooms, and is plentiful, making it fun to grill over charcoal in the hearth. There are two small cypress baths that can be reserved for private use.
