Although it is not a free-flowing hot spring because it is heated with wood, you can get the hot spring water from the faucet. You cannot take a bath between 10pm and 7pm.

It is located a little way from the residential area where Iwaki's Medical Innovation University is located. There are several parking spaces on the side of the building. The building as a whole is showing its age. The main building was built over 100 years ago. The price is 550 yen.Shampoos are not provided, but they will lend them to you if you ask. There are no sanitary issues inside the building, but it's a popular place, so you may have to choose a few people. The bathroom has one washing area and one bathtub. There are two bathtubs, but only one was in use on this day.In the winter, Wakako-yu does not have free-flowing water, but if it is hot, it is filled with water from a nearby tank in the moat. Also, if you feel sleepy, you can let me know and it will boil water for you.The hot water is colorless and transparent and consists of two rays of light. It's spacious enough for 2 people. Width. Each ray has its own faucet and can be challenged. The hot water feels around 42 degrees, and is effective against colds. It was a refreshing hot water that made the capillaries tingle. The ingredients are unknown as no hot spring analysis report is shown, but it seems to be simple. When I was feeling weak, I saw a warbler crying on the mountain behind me, which made me feel relaxed. The people on duty at night were relatively kind and encouraged us to bring vegetables and other food with us.

I stayed for 4100 yen without meals.A quiet inn. I was the only one in the new building. There are no amenities. No shampoo, towels, toothbrush, or yukata. There aren't even tissues in the room. I have no problem at all. You can prepare it yourself and bring it with you.The refrigerator is in the hallway. Self-powered power supply. You will be asked to unplug it when you are finished using it.A microwave is also available in the self-catering area. Glasses are also available, so drinking is fine. You can finish your shopping at a supermarket or convenience store before coming here.If you go down the hallway of the 120-year-old building, you will find a bathroom. It is said to be effective against neuralgia. Also for atopic dermatitis.Since it is a mineral spring, it is heated using firewood. When it's hot, ring the doorbell and they'll heat it up for you.The hot water is wonderful. This mineral spring has been around since the Edo period. It warms up well. There are no keys in the room. Just the inside key to the building entrance. It is best not to bring expensive items.Time passes slowly here.2024/04/28 revisitedThere are tissues in the roomShampoo conditioner and body soap were available for rent at the entrance. It seems that the invoice was 4,620 yen after the invoice started.

This inn itself is considered a cultural heritage site, and it's fun just to stay there. It is very clean, which is rare for this type of accommodation.Accommodation costs are low and you can use the kitchen. Another good thing is that it's wallet-friendly. However, it is highly convenient as there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores within a 10-minute drive. It's hard to imagine from the photo, but it's actually a high-spec inn.I don't think there's any need to explain the drawbacks, but if you're going to pay tens of thousands of dollars for something like glamping, I recommend this.

When you turn from the housing complex, it feels like it's the only place left as it was in the past, which is a strange feeling. The hot water was great, they heated it with firewood, and they rented it for us for an hour. The story of this owner is interesting, and although it is old, it is retro and I like it. Although it is a large building, it was kept very clean.I want to go again.
