I've seen some harsh comments, but if it costs 5,500 yen (tax included) and it's at this level, I can't complain.I would like something to be done about the poor breakfast (free) that remains the same every day and the lack of Wi-Fi in the room, but it costs 5,500 yen. I put up with it, thinking it was just a place to sleep.

The location is good, so I think it's a good place to go sightseeing in Wakamatsu, but the parking lot is on a very scary slope and the size of the grating doesn't match, so it's scary to have blocks. The room was dirty and you could hear the sounds from the hallway.Just a place to store your luggage and sleep. You might think so, but there is a lot of trash under the bed. There was a black cap left, so I wonder if there will be cockroaches...The whole room has a Showa era feel to it, with the only lighting in the hallway and no lights in the room. It's a little brighter if you turn on the stand light on the table. The air conditioner is huge, which is disproportionate to the size of the room, so I think that's a great thing. It got cold right away. The breakfast was simple but good.It may be a good idea to consider the price of accommodation. It's cheap.

August 2024The salad is gone. There was no coffee either.August 2023Air conditioners in the hallways of the building were turned off to prevent rising electricity prices. I guess the price is just the price...I miss the days of breakfast buffet.November 2022First stay in 3 years. The breakfast buffet was no longer available, probably due to the coronavirus. disappointing!

I use it every time I come to Aizuwakamatsu.First of all, regarding the breakfast that has been criticized by others, there are currently no hotels in Aizuwakamatsu that include breakfast for 5,500 yen.It was definitely a Viking back in the day. There may also be corona and management circumstances. There I am now accepting it.If you are particular about breakfast, you can eat a buffet if you stay at Route Inn, α1, or New Palace. I think it's good for families and couples.Wi-Fi is also working properly. Also, I think it would be better to understand that this hotel only has breakfast included from the beginning. The good thing about this hotel is that it is close to downtown. From the restaurant on the 10th floor, you can see the scenery of Aizuwakamatsu, including Tsuruga Castle and Mt. Iimori in the morning. It comes with a simple breakfast and is quite cost effective. Therefore, it's perfect for after drinking with friends, traveling alone, or for those who want to stay overnight at a low price.Although the building is certainly old, it is kept well-maintained, and I have stayed there dozens of times and have never been treated in an unfriendly manner by the hotel staff. The people in the parking lot are kind and the people at the front desk greet us well.Aizuwakamatsu is a tourist attraction. Tourists usually stay at Higashiyama Onsen or Ashinomaki Onsen, and there are many famous businesses near the station.I think it's best to have a purpose in mind and understand the geography and type of hotel you're staying at.

Use study space. It's quiet, empty, and you can use it while drinking coffee (vending machines).

There is no public bath or coin laundry in the building, so it is inconvenient for long-term stays. If you want to drink coffee, you can buy it from the vending machine next to the front desk.I think it's fine if you just want to eat, drink, and sleep in the downtown area.

They looked into the history of my stay several years ago and changed my room from a non-smoking room to a smoking room❗The attentiveness is the best!!Even if it snows, there is an underground parking lot, which is helpful. It's nice to see the view while eating breakfast.
