Westin Hotel in Hinoki Village. Yes, this is Hijigi's finest inn. This inn is a member of the Japan Secret Hot Springs Preservation Association, and you can bathe in the natural hot springs of Hijigi No. 4 hot springs 24 hours a day, flowing directly from the source. The baths are amazing, but the dinner where you can enjoy mountain cuisine from Hinoedagi Village is also amazing. If you're a fan of Oze and are into Fukushima Oze and Hinoemata, you'll know firsthand how terrifying the mountain cuisine of this village is, but I think it's a dish that will change your outlook on life. . Oh, and I'm afraid I'll have regular bouts of wanting to go to Oze again and stay at Hinoedagi, so if you're interested in that kind of addictiveness, please come to this inn first. You might become addicted to it.

The hot springs, food, and room were all good. The food in particular was very delicious, with the main ingredient being soba noodles, which were full of flavor and made with local ingredients. It is not the standard cuisine of hot spring inns, such as sashimi or grilled meat on a ceramic platter, so it may not be suitable for those who are looking for such things.Instead, the dishes are made with local ingredients, such as seasonal wild vegetables and mushrooms, and are delicious. There are few ryokans outside of Niigata where the white rice tastes that good, but this one was very delicious. In addition, the service provided by the Nakai and other staff members was attentive and attentive, and we had a very pleasant time.

A long time ago, three of my friends helped me out😄Including ``Yamaudo cuisine'' using ``soba'', ``Ashichisoba'' are still unforgettable dishes. In particular, the salamander tempura (this may be a bit of a joke, but 😅) is crunchy and delicious, and I prefer eating it with salt rather than dipping sauce. It's far away now, but I'd like to go there if I have a chance 😄
