There were no signs showing the route to the hotel, so it was difficult to understand.

This hotel was built during the bubble period. The building is showing its age.It has a dignified appearance that is completely different from today's new hotels. You can understand it if you imagine it like a hotel in an old town in Europe. It's easy.It is said that the Empress even visited her before she got married, so at that time,There was also a panel. The large public bath is not a hot spring, but the water temperature is just right. The meals are a mix of Japanese and Western styles. It was delicious.alcohol vending machineYes, but there are no shops so you can't buy alcohol.Don't forget the snacks. The whole thing is old, but if you think of it as retro, this is a nice touch.Wi-Fi is the same as in hotels in townNo problem. If you think of oldness as a retro feelingI'm satisfied.Europe in FukushimaPretty amazingIt was a moment.to Northern Europe and Central EuropeMakes me want to go (lol)

This is a resort hotel near a so-called ski resort. The appearance is very luxurious, and the room keys are antique-style keys that look like they might appear in a mystery. However, it has not been able to withstand deterioration over time, and there are some parts that feel worn out in places. There is a large public bath and an open-air bath, but it is not a hot spring and the view is not so good. The hot water itself is said to be soft water, but if you like hot water, it might be a good idea. There is also a sauna. There is no free Wi-Fi.Although the food is mediocre, I think the location is very good for those who enjoy resorts in the winter, as the ski resort is right in front of them.

There were flies in the bathroom and a lot of stink bugs in the room. I don't want to stay here again.

This is my second visit this season. The facility has a gorgeous feel, but it cannot be denied that it is aging. Also, there is only one key, which can be a bit of a hassle. The food is good. The service is also very good.

Service at the restaurant is the worst.I was told that the dinner time would be crowded with groups, so when I went there at the designated time, the restaurant itself was closed. When I asked why, I was told to wait for a while, and the restaurant seemed grumpy. I lost interest in eating dinner due to the rude behavior of the staff.Even though they were busy during the winter high season, I had already paid the fee and I thought that attitude was really unacceptable.I wonder how they train their employees.
