After reading various reviews, I was very impressed.I thought it would be a nice pension, so I made a reservation to celebrate my husband's birthday. This time, a large typhoon hit Kyushu directly. The dire situation was being reported on TV every day.A direct hit hit Fukushima on the same day as my travel date.I was really looking forward to the tripI was half anxious to go, but half anxious about what would happen to the landslides and traffic conditions on the way.If I can't go on that dayConfirmation of the cancellation fee and the situation of other guestsWhere I called youI think that what the hostess said was completely correct according to the manual, but I didn't feel like they were at all sympathetic to our concerns, and I didn't feel that they had much concern or consideration for people visiting from far away. I couldn't do it, and I felt very disappointed.Regardless of the reason, I think it is unavoidable that a cancellation fee will be incurred.Previously, I was unable to visit another inn due to a typhoon in the same situation.I'm sorry that you couldn't come this time because the safety of our customers was our top priority. They said they would be happy if you could come again next time, and there was no cancellation fee even though it was on the same day.Of course, cancellation fees include preparations and personnel costs, etc.I think it's normal to pay for it, butWhat's important is that I'll be there for youI think it's a feeling. We work in the same customer service industry.during a telephone conversationIs it considerate towards customers?I thought there was a little consideration given to my feelings.Everyone says it's a nice pension.I think it's a really nice place, but there are things we can do to make it even better.I posted this review as a learning experience.

I made a reservation because it was highly rated on Rakuten and Google Maps and the food looked delicious.Pensions in this area tend to be in the high price range, so what do you think? That's what I thought, but it was just as great as the reviews said!In the garden where flowers are in full bloom, things are beautifully and cutely displayed down to the smallest details. The room has been beautifully renovated, and the fridge has delicious welcome pudding and underground water from Mt. Bandai. There are 4 family baths, so you can take a bath anytime. All of them had elaborate designs, so I thought it was hot water, but it turned out to be a hot spring! Your skin will be smooth on the street...I actually floated in the Dead Sea bath! But I can't take very long baths because it's salty and stinging. The healing corner is also clean, with coffee, sweets, and ice cream, and two new and splendid massage chairs.I thought it was a shame that the photos on the official website of the room and massage chair were old (as of the end of July 2017).The best thing was definitely the food!I thought the food was visually appealing, but that's not the case at all.It was very delicious and I was very satisfied. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious!Dinner is bread and rice, and breakfast is croissant and hamburger, which is quite hearty. The lemon verbena tea after dinner was delicious and it was a really nice pension.I would definitely like to use it again!

I was looking for a place to relax and found this pension. As a result, I was able to spend a very relaxing time and felt very healed. It was nice that the baths were all reserved for private use. Each bath has different shampoos and body soaps (there are 7 types of shampoo conditioners in one bath), so it was nice to be able to enjoy which one to use each time!Dinner was both stylish and hearty, so I was very satisfied. The breakfast hamburger was delicious. The herbal tea we had after the meal was made in-house, and it was very refreshing and delicious. I forgot to buy tea leaves and take them home, unfortunately. It was also nice to be able to go for a run or walk around the pension in the morning.I want to go again within the year.

It's well kept and the floors are spotless. The people at the pension are also friendly and kind. In addition to the rooms, there are four baths that can be reserved for free, and the Dead Sea baths are different. Each dish is carefully prepared and delicious! The welcome pudding is also delicious. The price was reasonable and very good.

I was looking for an inn with an open-air bath in the guest room and ended up here! Since I was traveling for snowboarding, a birthday, and an anniversary, I stayed with a plan that included a surprise cake. There were 4 types of private baths, and they were timed, but I was so satisfied with the private baths that I would like to use them again the next time I come! The food was really delicious, the futon was fluffy, and there were two massage chairs so I enjoyed it with him 😊It's close to the ski slopes, so I'd like to use it again!
