The food has a homemade feel. Freshly made. There was a stink bug. A hot spring gushing out from under your feet. Good view.

When you go down a narrow steep slope, a magnificent entrance suddenly appears in front of you. Surprisingly, it was on the second floor. A secret hot spring hidden away along the valley.Inside the hotel, you can feel the attention to detail, and the space is clean and safe. There are only a few rooms, so you can enjoy a quiet and relaxing time. Although I was traveling alone this time, I was welcomed with very warm and homely hospitality. The hot springs are clear and smooth to the touch. There is a part of the indoor bath that is about 1 meter deep, so you can enjoy a unique floating feeling. The open-air bath is characterized by a small barrel bath, and is very comfortable to the touch. All of the meals were homemade, had a great balance of flavors, and were perfect for me. Aizu Koshihikari's white rice is particularly delicious. In addition to local sake, they also serve the rare ``burdock shochu'', which is surprisingly easy to drink, so it's definitely recommended for shochu lovers.I would like to visit again when the seasons change.

2024/08/20 ~ 2 nightsPick-up from Ashinomaki Onsen Station(Although the number of buses is small, you can take a bus from Aizuwakamatsu Station, Tsurugajo, or Ashinomaki Onsen Station.Because it is a free boarding section, you can get on and off at the top of the slope near the inn)Butokukan? I thought it was like a martial arts hall.nice entranceSouvenirs, vending machines, canned beer, etc. can be purchased at the front desk. The room I was shown to was a corner room on the 2nd floor.Gin-no-ma (maybe the best room)Washroom, bath (body soap, shampoo, conditioner),Toilet (washlet), air conditioner2-door refrigerator, air purifier, Wi-Fi, thermal potHair dryer, lotion, cotton swabs, toothbrushes, brushes, hair ties, etc.Yukata, bath towel, towel,Pull up the futon for you during dinner and provide a cold water pot.I'm sorry for the long night stay, but I want to relax.I refuse to change the sheets or clean the room. The sheets were changed during dinner on the second night.I had someone come to change the cold water and pot at noon.I have been indebted to nearly 300 hot spring inns so far.It was my first time to be considerate.Hot springs are tasteless, odorless, colorless and gentle.Easy to enter temperatureAfter all, I can't stop sweating at the hot springs.Body soap, shampoo, conditionerI personally like the “Hidden Hot Springs Series”Hair dryer, lotion, cotton swabsI like the electric fanThe meal was delicious.Even if you are a beginner traveling alone, you can stay in a private room or partition. As mentioned in other reviewsThe rice for dinner is shiny and delicious.Breakfast rice is provided in thermal type ohitsu.Good for white rice loversUntil the transfer time at Aizuwakamatsu Station on the Tadami Line heading for the next accommodation.I have quite a bit of time so I decided to head to Tsuruga Castle.I was planning to take the bus from the front of the hotel. The landlady recommended that I board the bus from the first bus at Ashinomaki Onsen.I was given a ride there. The husband, the landlady, and the employees are all in good spirits. The number of inns I want to revisit has increased by one.

I often come to Ashinomaki Onsen. This time, for the first time, I stayed at Sengokaku, the only artesian hot spring inn with Ashinomaki Onsen, located a little far away on the opposite side of the hot spring town. ^_^Go down the narrow road for about 500 meters and it seems to be on the lower side. Eh, are you going down this road? I was thinking that as I slowly walked forward ^_^ Joy 🤩 A very elegant entrance. The staff at the inn welcomed us immediately. My impressions were that it was very quiet and my husband and I stayed there for 2 nights. The bath was an interesting bath with a normal depth, about 1 meter deep. The open-air bath has a large lantern hanging from the secret hot spring protection association. It was a very nice hot spring. It was a general rule written in the information of the inn. This hotel doesn't have anything, but please enjoy the homemade food and spend a quiet and relaxing time. It was written. My husband and I were able to spend a very relaxing time. thank you very much.

The staff are nice and treat you at a reasonable distance. The bath is fed directly from the source, and is neither too hot nor too lukewarm, perfect for my taste. …

Used on a solo trip in April 2024.It is a combination of historical buildings and buildings from the late Showa period.Since there is an EV, it seems that there will be no problem even for people with physical disabilities. The staff are very warm and welcoming, making it a pleasant accommodation. The hot springs have two indoor baths with open-air baths, and men and women have alternate hours. The sulfate spring water is refreshing, the indoor bath is hot, and the outdoor bath is lukewarm and comfortable. The food is Japanese cuisine with a twist and is very delicious both in the evening and in the morning.

This is a secret hot spring inn with wonderful hot springs and food. The quality of the spring water is mellow and gentle on the skin, and it will keep you warm even after taking a bath.At night, the steam from the open-air bath and the light from the lanterns of the secret hot spring protection association are magical and soothing. The local cuisine, which makes the most of Aizu's natural blessings, was full of flavor and couldn't be tasted anywhere else. I had a comfortable stay thanks to the attentive hospitality of everyone at the inn. It's not an easy place to get to, but it's an inn I'd like to visit again.
