My husband and I stayed here for one night on October 16th.First, let's talk about breakfast and dinner. The meal was buffet style and had a lot of high quality food, which I really enjoyed. It was great that the menu was made with local ingredients, had a wide variety of dishes, and always had fresh dishes that were warm and not cold. The chef cooked omelets and steaks face-to-face, and the atmosphere was very nice. The all-you-can-drink plan was for one hour, but I was able to enjoy it to the fullest. As for the food, it's a ⭐︎5 without any complaints. As for the employees, I was very impressed by how they served customers with a smile. They responded quickly to our requests, and I don't think there will be any inconvenience for the guests. I think this is also ⭐︎5.We stayed in the annex ``Kawato'' guest room. There were a few things that felt old, such as the hair dryer and faucets, but the location is great, as you can see a better view from the room and the open-air bath than you can see in the photos you see on the internet. However, 1 point. I think this is due to the season and the age of the building, but stink bugs often invaded the guest rooms. There were about 10 cats in the room when I checked in in the evening, 6 at the end of dinner, and 1 in the morning when I checked out, so that was the only disappointing point. I contacted the front desk each time and had them take care of it, but it seems like they are invading from somewhere. If I have to stay there next time, I think I'll only do it in the winter when there are fewer insects. As my wife and I are very afraid of insects, we wanted to give it a ⭐︎1 because we felt the presence of many insects, but the other aspects were very nice, so we will give the overall rating a ⭐︎4.

It’s an okay hotel in Ashinomaki. We had an open air bath in our room in the annex Kawane building. The view from the bath/room was spectacular. The building can definitely use updating and deep maintenance. The food was so so. The big public bath was fine.

Although the hotel is older, it is completely separated from dry and wet areas, clean and hygienic, has rich meals, and has many toiletries for women.

We stayed in the annex Kawane, and although the room wasn't very large, it had an open-air bath with plenty of hot water, and a spectacular view of the valley from the room. You can immerse yourself in a magnificent feeling while taking a bath. Dinner was a buffet, with a lot of variety, and the sushi, tempura, steak, etc. were food stall style and not bad. Feel free to order your own alcohol at the corner.

I had high expectations since this is a welcoming baby hotel, but when I asked the front desk to sterilize the baby bottles, I was told, ``It will only take about 3 minutes, so please wait in the lounge.'' I was waiting where I could see it. However, after waiting for 10 minutes, no one seemed to bring it, and even after waiting for more than 15 minutes, no one said anything to me, so when I went to the front desk to pick it up, no one seemed to have shared it with me, so they brought it from the back. .It was given to me in a plastic bag, but when I returned to the room and checked the bottle, there was still a lump of milk at the bottom of the bottle. I couldn't believe my eyes. I heard that when you sterilize baby bottles at Welcome Baby's inn, you sometimes sterilize the baby bottles without washing them. I no longer trusted them, so I started buying detergent and sponges at convenience stores and washing them before handing them over.To begin with, when I was told that disinfection would be completed in 3 minutes, I had the impression that this person had never disinfected before. Also, during the buffet meal, we were given a crib next to the table so we could eat while watching our children. The rice was so delicious! However, the person who resets the table while eating breakfast approaches the child who is lying in the crib, brings his face close to him, and calls out to him persistently. Still, he didn't respond to my calls, so I forced him to move the crib a little so that it was facing me, which I thought was really annoying. That alone was annoying and scary, and I thought it wouldn't end soon, but I was surprised when the child's cheek was touched by the hand that was holding the duster while wiping the table. There is no way you would touch a small child with your dirty hands while cleaning. And without parental permission. I'm concerned about infectious diseases, and since it's unsanitary, I would like to see staff trained to avoid touching customers' children without permission, or approaching their faces and talking to them. The impression of the room is very old. Whether you think that's a good thing or a bad thing, the room of the couple I went to who didn't book with the Welcome Baby Plan was cleaner. (Both with children. Rooms are of the same rank)

Consumer VS online travel : HotelI reserved the room with a private bathroom with price around 25000 and the front office said there was no private bathroom. And the hotel did not want to take responsibility for the wrong description and confront us with the travel.

We tired from our travelling and reserved room with private bathroom. However they tried giving us the room without private bathroom. This is first time we experience that the hotel don’t take responsibility about the problem.
