I'm staying here, I'm looking for something cheap. I rented this room for 220k for 1 day in room 302. Cheap enough for a hotel with a swimming pool. But please improve some of the facilities as in the picture I provided. The toilet seat is damaged, the wall wallpaper is peeling, the glass table is dirty, the clothes hanger is broken, and the tissue holder has been burned by cigarettes.I hope there will be improvements because the location of this hotel is close to where I live. So if a large family comes to Batam, I can recommend this hotel. Thank You

Happyday anyway. Even though I had to check out at 6 in the morning, suddenly I got a phone call from my husband who had to work on his holiday. Next time I went there, I was satisfied, even though I didn't feel like swimming, but soaking in the bathtub was quite long, until I kicked the baby in my stomach.

The place is clean, comfortable & the atmosphere is cool and calm plus there is a swimming pool. Very suitable for those who want to escape from the crowd for a moment.The service from the staff is friendly & satisfying, especially for the cleanliness of the rooms I give a thumbs up, you can't expect much from full service because it is tailored to low budgets, if there are too many requests you can look for a more expensive hotel or resort according to your needs. But for backpackers I really recommend this place.

The service is very bad, very complicated and one example is that the parking space is all wrong, and the staff is very unfriendly, I also found out during my experience of staying at the hotel that I found out that deposit money was deducted for complaint money, and for deposit money they were not given paper. the deposit, HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED
