A lot of subtle things.There were no amenities so I'm glad I brought my own.The refrigerator is shared.There was supposed to be an open-air bath, but I wasn't shown around or asked about it.If you reply to the comment and want to take a private open-air bath, it seems that there is a separate plan.

The best thing was that the host of the inn was very accommodating.The Fukushima beef for dinner was also delicious.When I told them that I wanted to go to British Hills, they gave me detailed information about the facilities, highlights, historical perspectives, and ways of thinking. It was reassuring that he went out of his way to accompany me to the facility.

Thank you for your help. It was a lodging experience that felt like visiting a relative. The owner of Shonan Boy retired at the age of 55 and started this pension. "I started doing something stupid like this," he said. My cousin also runs a pension, and I think it's quite a difficult job. I feel that the reason they have been able to continue for such a long time is because of their communication with visitors. There are other reviews that say they had a bad impression, but that's because they're relatives, so it's just a bit of a quibble. If you want to feel like a guest, we recommend staying at a hotel. We ask that the owners take good care of themselves and continue to provide this wonderful inn.

Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. I ordered a second helping, even though I don't usually get second helpings. I was surprised that when I ate Fukushima beef with salt, I could feel the original taste of the meat.You can bathe in the hot springs 24 hours a day, and even though your body is warm after bathing, you don't sweat and your skin feels smooth. I was also allowed to take a bath in the morning, and was able to relax while looking at the scenery.

I made a reservation on Jalan on the 27th (starting from 12:00 on the 31st), and even after 9:00 pm on the 30th, the reservation screen was still requesting.I called after 9pm on the 30th and told them that the request was still in progress, but when I told them, ``They're not available due to the year-end and New Year holidays...'' they said nervously.I think I forgot to confirm my reservation for Jalan.When I told them that reservations were available at Jalan, they said, "What do you mean? They're full of guests."Why is there a reservation system even though it is full of guests?And are you telling me to call and cancel on the same day? I said, "Yes," and they said, "Yes."If I had to cancel, I wanted it to be at least the day before. (I was preparing to go)If you do not receive an email confirming your reservation, please contact us immediately, which is what we will do if you call us.I understand that the reservation is not confirmed, but why didn't you cancel the day before?I don't think everyone expected it to be canceled on the same day.I haven't been there, but the worst one was at the end of the year.If you can't handle reservations properly, I think it would be better to only handle reservations over the phone.Customers don't know that they can't handle it.

I used a 3-hour plan that included a private hot spring, meals, a Japanese-style room (no futons, etc.), and a break!I think that 3300 yen per person is a very good value for money!The hot springs are also good for cold winters, as the quality of the water makes your skin beautiful and the temperature warms your body! Yacon udon and tempura, homemade cheesecake, and coffee were also large and good! Especially the homemade cheesecake was delicious 😊If you make a reservation over the phone, you will receive two Yacon Udon noodles as a souvenir, so we recommend making a reservation over the phone!The owner is also very friendly and likes to talk, and he told me that the recommended sightseeing spot, British Hills (the filming location for Aibo, Hanao, and Mei-chan's Butler), can be reached in about 10 minutes by car from this pension. I was able to go sightseeing!It's a cozy pension 😊 The fireplace right after entering was impressive! I would like to go again when the fireplace is lit! Next time, I would be happy if I could come up with a plan where I can eat meat even on a day trip to the hot springs 🌼It didn't say that bath towels were available for rent, so I brought my own just in case! There were no rental towels, so it would be better to bring your own towels!

Used by a family of four. It was my first time at a pension, so I was a little nervous, but the Fukushima beef for dinner was tender and melt-in-your-mouth delicious! My eldest daughter, who is picky about meat and has a limited appetite, ate it all up, so I was relieved to hear that it was delicious.The bathroom was clean and spacious, with plenty of room for our family of four.Due to the coronavirus, there are no towels available for rent, so make sure to bring your own bath towels.It felt very homey and I had a great time talking with the customers and caring for the children.I would definitely use it again.Since this was my first pension, I cannot make any comparisons, so I will give it a rating of 4.I hope the corona virus ends soon!

Stayed at Lake Hatori skiing every year. In addition, the Fukushima beef is the best, so please come by ☺️ There are two indoor baths and an outdoor bath. You can't enter the open air unless you pay an additional fee😅The fireplace is nice.

The Fukushima beef for dinner was melt-in-your-mouth delicious.The yellowtail teriyaki was also delicious. The open-air bath felt nice. The room is normal.The owners are elderly, so it's a hassle.

The outside temperature is 34 degrees and there is only a fan in each room. I can live without air conditioning. It's cool because it's deep in the mountains, but it's still hot. Also, there were so many flies flying around that I couldn't get to the pension.All in all, it's summer lol.It looks like it's going to be hot for a few days during the Obon period. It would be nice if you avoided that period! !I think it's great if the time is right.The indoor bath can be used 24 hours a day. The open-air bath (there is an enclosure) next to the parking lot is open from after dinner until 10 p.m., after it gets dark outside when horseflies can't fly. The spring quality is soft and the water temperature is appropriate.The food is as expected from a pension. It was delicious.
