5/5!! Super friendly owner, beautiful house!!It’s a 100+ years old house. The owner Koyama-san and his family lived in here before. He plained everything by himself.Koyama-San was very nice to give us all the local recommendations and explained the local cultures to us.The house is huge and quiet - a fully equipped kitchen, shared beautiful living room and private Japanese and western rooms. Shampoo, shower gel & conditioner in the bathroom are all Aesop.We had a small car accident at the beginning, but he tried his best to all the way out to help us and fix the issue (also thanks to a lovely and kind couple who passed by and helped us)This house , Koyama-San and people in Sasayama made us love Sasayama even more!! Would definitely come to stay again if we come here!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!! 謝謝🍶

We stayed for 2 nights. The atmosphere is friendly and warm, like coming to a friend's house. Escaped the chaos And during the time we came there was a ceramic festival. There are many beautiful works to see.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights, and it was a wonderful experience. The guesthouse offers a lovely blend of traditional Japanese style with a modern touch. The owner was incredibly friendly and provided exceptional hospitality. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and authentic stay!

A beautifully renovated house that blends the charm of traditional Japanese houses and the comfort of a modern interior. With a large cafe-like space at the entrance, the place is suitable for those coming to Tamba Sasayama for work or any business trip.. or even for a writer’s getaway:) The inner garden seems to be a perfect place to mingle with other guests. The host knows the area by heart and will introduce you to every corner of the town. I highly recommend this place!
