It's inconvenient to go to restaurants since it's at the west exit, but I think the parking, service, and guest rooms are excellent value for money.

The room was spacious and relaxing. There was also a full menu of rice. The behavior of the employees was also good. …

I think it's new. Richmond is beautiful and safe and stable. There is also a convenient parking lot next to the building. However, it is not directly connected, so you will be outside for 5 seconds. It would be even more painful if it was a squall. When I wasn't using the breakfast coupon, it was convenient because in addition to the usual sweets, I could use it at the tavern on the first floor and Mac Cactus.

There is a discount for parking your own car in the parking lot next door, but there are not many parking spaces. You can park until 2 pm the next day for 600 yen. When you check out, you need to pay the parking fee using the hotel's machine. You need to submit a parking card and coupon when you exit the parking lot. That's it.The staff at the check-in desk spoke English very fluently and the service attitude was very friendly😄 Unfortunately, the mattress in the room was not very good. Two people slept on a large bed, and it shook quite a bit when they turned over. However, the overall C/P value was pretty good.

I booked a universal room because my husband is partially paralyzed. A room that isn't used much? Maybe that's why no other customers have had so many problems so far? I'm sorry, but I thought it would be easier for people with physical disabilities to use the unit bath (washing area) if it was a little wider. There were also a few things I was a little disappointed about, such as the bed making a squeaking sound every time I turned over, the handrails being shaky, and the toilet seat being hot but not adjustable. However, when I talked to the front desk staff, they came to my room to check on me even though it was the middle of the night without a single unpleasant look on their face, and even if they couldn't fix the problem right away, they came up with the best solution possible. I'm glad you did it. Also, the next day, another staff member contacted me to say ``We apologize for the inconvenience,'' and when I was checking out, another person contacted me again. They responded so politely that I felt very humbled. It made my heart feel warm to be treated in such a way. I would definitely use the service again if I have the opportunity.

I have breakfast, so let's eat!In a crowded store, a young female staff member guides you, cleans up, and adds missing dishes. We ran out of food so we had to wait for a while. It's rare for a buffet to not have rice.Think about it, as it's hard work in a hotel where one girl is managing the spacious interior! For the price, I have no complaints about the room and facilities.
