I was looking for a place in Inawashiro where I could privately teach my children how to ski, and I found out about this place.I asked the representative to make a reservation over the phone. The biggest point that led to the overall rating of 2 stars is the unclear pricing. The website says 20,000 yen for 2 hours including tax (as of February 2024), but on the phone I was told 22,000 yen, and when I checked the website later, it said 20,000 yen, so I contacted them via email and they said, The homepage is correct. However, the actual payment will be 22,000 yen.I explained the circumstances, but all I said was that it was still 22,000 yen.I didn't want to make a fuss, so I couldn't back down, but after I got home, I found out that 800 yen had been mysteriously added (the calculations didn't add up).In addition, the rental of the wear and board set was 3,000 yen each. Also, while I was waiting in the parking lot to make my appointment, I received a phone call and was told to come right away, so I went there, but the instructor was on break and didn't come right away, so I ended up having to wait. There were several points that made me question things, such as the wrong kanji in the recipient's name on the receipt (which you should be able to figure out by checking your email). The only saving grace was that the children enjoyed their time with the instructors.Even though the teaching techniques are top-notch, I don't think I will use them in the future due to the above points.

I used it for one night without meals. The communal water area was clean, but the floor in the room was sticky and uncomfortable. The staff at the inn may be said to be friendly, but when I checked in, I was asked to wait a moment, and even after waiting for over 30 minutes, they didn't come back, so I had to ask them again. I was told that I had to go, and that I had a lot of luggage, and that I was being nagged, and when I had to tell the other guests where the bathroom was, they banged hard on the wall of the room where I was sleeping from the hallway and said, ``I'm on the 1st floor.'' It's around here!'' I often felt uncomfortable. Someone you know? Are you a regular? was staying at the hotel and appeared to be drinking alcohol. It was a tough stay.

Even when I call to inquire, there is no answer.Even when I asked and rang the chime, he didn't come out. A state of absence.I will never use it again. The location is quiet, but the parking lot is very difficult to park, so be careful if you are driving a large car.

When I was in elementary school, I often came here to ski overnight. Ski camp from Tokyo? I have fond memories of seeing the children there and having fun. There were some customers from overseas, and they were usually in their 20s or 30s at the time. There were also people. I have fond memories of playing Uno with everyone after dinner and being taught about foreign cultures. The food was delicious, and the ski instructor was funny and skilled, so it's a great memory.Inawashiro ski resort is also nearby.it's recommended. I want to go again.
