This is a hotel with beautiful rooms. Convenient walk from the station to the entertainment district.However, the only amenity is a toothbrush.Even though it was chilly as we stayed in mid-October, there was only air conditioning throughout the hotel, so it was cold. No blanket rentals!No view from the window either!

The room I checked into was a twin room, clean and spacious, with separate toilet and bath. There is no wall desk, which is common in business hotels, and there are no terms and conditions or information about the building that you can find when you open the drawer.The information about the building is displayed on the TV monitor. No clothesline in the bathroom. It gives the impression that there are no unnecessary things.We have cute sofas + cushions and round tables.Mini refrigerator, slippers, hair dryer, toothbrush, shampoo, and body soap provided. You can relax in pajamas with separate top and bottom.There is an ice maker and microwave at the back of the floor hallway, which is useful if you are staying without meals. There was no public bath or laundry in sight.

Is it common? This is a business hotel that cuts costs as much as possible. The air conditioner at the front desk had a musty smell, which made me worried when I checked in, but the room was odorless and clean. The sound didn't bother me either. The pajamas are separate and great. Pillows were hard and expensive so I should have brought my own. I stayed at Big Palette Fukushima for business, but it was a bit inconvenient as there were fewer buses than I expected, so be careful if you have business outside of the station.

This hotel opened in July 2024 on the site of Hotel Preceed Koriyama, which used to be a regular place to stay when staying in front of Koriyama Station. Nearby, there is also a hotel of the same type that was moved from the former Hotel Royal Koriyama. The room layout was almost the same as that of the old hotel, which was more prestigious, so I was able to spend a relaxing time there. This time, I stayed in a north-facing room on the 7th floor, so the view was pretty good.The bathroom in the unit was new, and the bathtub, floor, and toilet seat were comfortable. Amenities such as hand soap, shampoo, body soap, toothbrush, and towels are provided, but other items such as razors must be purchased separately at the front desk or brought in.This time, I stayed without meals, but next time I would like to try the breakfast buffet as well.From October onwards, there will be construction work to renovate the old storefront on the 1st floor into a promenade, and from January next year there will be construction work to renovate the former fitness center on the 3rd and 4th floors into a public bath. I'm looking forward to the project, which is expected to be completed in July next year.There's no sign of it yet, but I'm hoping that the restaurant area that used to be in the basement will reopen.

Convenient location and spacious interior that feels like a city hotel. On that day, there was fruit juice provided in the lobby, and since it was hot outside, it was cold and delicious. I'm glad I chose this hotel.

Used on weekday business trips. I heard that it had been newly renovated and opened, so I made a reservation. The interior of the front area is clean and gives a good impression. In the guest room, the wallpaper on the headboard has become a little more distinctive, but everything else remains the same. That's a bit disappointing. The air conditioner was running sparingly, so it was hot after taking a bath. 12th floorPerhaps because I was in a room, the water pressure felt low, and it took a while for the bathtub to fill with hot water. The view from the room was good, but since it was a room on the lower floor, it didn't seem to be what you expected. The amenity set was average at 300 yen, but it was nice to have hair gel and aftershave lotion. I felt that the sound insulation performance was good. I might use it again.
