I occasionally visit on business trips.You can see fireflies in the nearby river.There is a pub across the river.Personally, I am very satisfied with the bath, breakfast, and room.

business plan. 8,000 yen for one night including breakfast. It takes about 20 minutes to transfer from Fukushima Station, so if you can tolerate the distance, it might be more economical than a business hotel. Although the building is old, it is well kept and there is no discomfort. The hot springs are simple springs and are adjusted to a suitable temperature, so they are not too hot to bathe in like the Iizaka Onsen source. It's a little far from Iizaka Onsen town across the river, but it's not an inconvenience if you go by car. Breakfast was ample with delicious freshly cooked rice, morning eggs, and salad. There is only a convenience store in front of Iizaka Onsen Station or about a 10 minute walk away, so we recommend shopping beforehand and checking in.

This ryokan is a typical Japanese-style room with futons spread out on the floor, as you might imagine when you think of a Japanese-style room. There aren't many free outlets, so if you have devices that need charging, you'll need to be creative. The bath is hot and the bathtub is small. I think it would be cramped if several people were in at once. Also, to get to this inn, you will have to take a narrow and difficult to understand road, so it would be a good idea to check the route in advance.
