It was good considering it was run with a minimum number of people. As for the food, I was not hungry, probably because the food had been raised to a higher level. It may be easy to miss the signboard that turns towards the hot spring town. One thing to note...makeup removal is only available in the public bath.If you are using a wheelchair, you cannot enter the elevator while in your wheelchair.I have to fold up my wheelchair and ride it standing up.

I think it's a relatively comfortable hot spring inn. As other people have commented, the building facilities are old and deteriorating, but they have been renovated. On the front floor, there was a 30-minute all-you-can-drink service of local sake for 500 yen.The public bath is open for men and women at different times. One side has a sauna. There is also a stone bath on one side of the open-air bath. Overall, the bathroom may be a little small. At the entrance to the public bath, there are services such as barley tea, massage chairs, and facial equipment services. As I used a plan that only included breakfast service, I don't know what was included in the dinner, but the breakfast rice was served in a clay pot and was delicious. All the staff seem to be kind as well. Depending on the time of year, the rates are cheap, so I think it's a good accommodation considering cost performance.

I think the woman at the front desk at check-in should smile more. I think it would be a good idea for everyone to discuss the phrases used when announcing and confirming dinner times a little more. The room is average in a good way. Personally, I felt more relaxed in this small space. There is a pitcher of water in the refrigerator, but I had to give up on using it because it had long hair on it.The sheets on the futon were small compared to the mattress, and when I checked it immediately after arriving, they were already peeling off from under my feet. It was like the sheets were peeling off, or rather, the sheets weren't long enough, so they covered it with a comforter. If you go in there, it'll quickly become a mess. As for the futons, the cleaning staff aren't bad. The company should provide appropriate supplies. The bathroom is also small. I think it's a reasonable size considering the number of rooms. The water was so hot that I couldn't stay in it for long, but it was very nice. For dinner...I guess they don't have enough food and beverage staff...The online ordering system isn't very good. If that's the case, it's definitely better to order when you're seated. I wonder if older customers can order from that? All the staff are busy. Perhaps they think that since orders are placed online, they only need to pay attention to the computer screen, but no one notices when a seated customer calls the staff for help. There was ``Today's Sake'' on the menu, so I asked, ``What's today's Sake?'' I wanted him to tell me the name of the product, but the answer I got didn't really make sense. It was clear to me that everyone was ``full'' to the point where I was worried. Both dinner and breakfast were very delicious. When I checked out, the front desk suddenly apologized and said, ``One dish was not served at dinner.''Just “??”I received an apology, but when asked, ``What did I miss?'', I answered, ``I don't know what was missing.'' ...Eh...I'm grateful that I received the item, but I don't think it's an apology if I can't respond...There was something for breakfast, but there was no menu for dinner, so I was just wondering "???"Honestly, I don't think it's an excuse to say that I can't make the dishes because the food changes daily depending on the purchasing situation, since I can print them out on my PC, unless it's ``I write each piece by hand with a brush pen.''

Dinner was the worst (lol)Hall staff increased to 4 peopleOn the other hand, the seats are fullIt's not turning at all.To serve drinks & alcoholI was so busy. One item at a time from the first seatI wish I could cook...Scattered all over the place.1 dish, miso soup and dessert togetherI'm here. I did drink miso soup.Counter seats are a loss! !Even if I call you or raise my hand, you notice meI didn't get it...The hall staff didn't see it at all.I don't have a [menu list] so I don't know.*Maternity items are on the shelf next to the front desk.A system where you bring your own.*Yukata is from the opposite side of the front desk.*There is no bath in the room.*A refrigerator is convenient.*Four types are always available in the open-air bath.Detox water is the best! The open-air bath is the best (*´∇`*)Smooth and smooth ✨I was healed🎶(There are two chairs in the changing area of the open-air bath. There is a washroom for two hair dryers.Four? yeah? ! )Breakfast is Koshihikari rice cooked in an earthen pot.delicious!

It's not a big inn, but more like a business hotel. It's not too big, I like it like thisAlthough it is a simple alkaline hot spring, I was surprised at how melty the hot spring was! !I want to experience this again! ! ,,, I wonder if everyone else in Bandai Atami is like this? It was very good. There are 4 types of water and tea to drink after taking a bath, and in the lobby, there is shaved ice, coffee, and 500 yen sake, so I am grateful for the excellent service. The yukata had cute patterns and I enjoyed it.The shop is small, but the mini red beko was so cute that I bought it.The refrigerator in the room had two doors, which was very helpful! I was able to freeze plastic bottles of water and tea and carry them with me when I went sightseeing in the summer! The room was on the third floor, but for some reason the smell of incense was strong (...?)
