The overall feel is old and the prices are not cheap, but they have everything you need, and even if you visited late at night due to sudden circumstances, they accommodated you.I apologize for the inconvenience, but if you are in trouble because the rooms are full or you don't have a reservation, please try going there.

☑️I don’t think the hotel will read it anyway, so please keep this in mind when making reservations. At another hotel, I had a baby, and they gave me a smoking room, so I quickly made a reservation while looking for a same-day reservation (fortunately, the previous hotel offered free cancellation).Overall, it's good because it's close to Fuji Mart and a public hot spring.First of all, most of the female employees are very friendly.I thought the price was more expensive than I thought, perhaps because I made a reservation on the same day, but after checking out and searching, it seems that the price was originally expensive. At first, I was very satisfied, but there is a problem with the old man who usually stays at night. (Maybe the owner?)I was thinking about buying sweet potatoes, but I was curious about Japanese corn, so I bought one and divided it into three pieces. Also, I brought a silicone bowl, so I asked for permission and used the microwave for 1 minute. All I remember is eating corn flakes for about 10 seconds while waiting for the coin laundry machine. However, about two days later, I went to wait for the coin laundry machine again, and suddenly a male employee came up to me and started pointing and yelling. Perhaps because he thought I didn't know how to speak Japanese, he couldn't control his anger and started yelling at me. He said that I had tarnished his hotel's first image in the lobby. Then, he suddenly took off his mask and started pointing at me even more, pushing his face towards me and pretending to eat corn.An important guest came and said something like, blah blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, and it was the first time I realized that it was a sin for a guest to sit in the lobby while staying at the hotel. If you really don't like it, please tell me carefully. Our hotel avoids this kind of thing. Please be careful next time. The part that could have been said positivelyMaybe not? From the next day, he greeted other guests very kindly and didn't say a word when I came in or left.I think the hotel lobby chairs are a place for guests to rest. It's a place where you can sit and watch TV.I saw his face the day I checked out and he said he didn't look good. I understand Japanese, but it's too bad that I can't speak it as well as a Japanese person, so I can't argue with them.Although I have visited Japan more than 40 times, I cannot understand the hotel staff who provide such poor service, are racist, and act like this just because I am younger than them. This is my first time. Thanks to this, my first impression of Matsuyama, my first visit, was forgotten.(If you read the reviews of other Japanese people, you will find similar content. They say that they are loud in the lobby.)

The facility is old and feels nostalgic, what are your first impressions? ? I thought it wasn't good enough. However, the breakfast was carefully prepared and very good. The recent chain business hotels are good, but I liked the feeling that the old ladies were working hard to run the hotel.

This is my first time giving this rating. It's been a long time since I thought I would never stay there again. The location is close to Matsuyama Station, but there is nothing around. The room is dirty and old, the washlet in the toilet doesn't work, and the hair dryer is quite weak. There is no deodorant spray so please bring your own.The thing I hated the most was the quarrel between the employee (the president?) and the customer at the front desk. I find it annoying when people are fighting each other even though there are other people around them. There are several hotels near Matsuyama City Station, and there is a super public bath nearby, so it would be wise to stay there.
