We stay here for 3 days. The hotel doesn't have an elevator so it's very difficult for older people to access it, the rooms are dirty and damp. And the most important thing is the bad attitude of the front desk staff. Told to check out early even though it was not yet 12 o'clock. When contacted by the family the tone was high and the reasons were unclear

To be honest, I did not want to write a review of the hotel. I was thinking to keep the condition and cleanliness but I have received awful treatment from the staff. I choose to share it. First and foremost, there is no elevator in the hotel. If you have elderly people, I do not suggest this hotel. The room, including the bed and bathroom, is extremely stinky, humid, and horrible. I reserved 12 rooms at this hotel for three days. On the checkout day, the staff asked my family to check out early and it was not even check-out time. The staff spoke to me in a high tone and extremely loudly. I didn't expect that to come from someone in the hotel industry. The only positive aspects of this hotel are its location and outdoor security. Apart from that, I'll simply close my eyes. Actually, I was thinking about booking another stay in this hotel following this. But not anymore.

Very strategic location, delicious breakfast, good and very good service. But it's a bit risky to park in a small area on the side of the road. But seeing that there is security on standby there, I think it's quite safe. The room is very nice and spacious (adjust the price). But in my opinion the AC is old school, it takes a long time to cool down. But if you wait a few minutes it's fine. Then the hot water in the bathroom also took a long time to wait for the water to get hot, maybe because the heater was old, and I think it needed an upgrade. And one more thing, the water heater kettle cannot be used, if it could it would definitely be better. For other facilities such as mattresses, pillows, blankets, wifi etc. That's really okay

The room sheets are very yellow, ask for no smoking but the mattress smells of cigarettes, the AC can't be turned, the room key is risky for someone to enter it, the room tissue is cut, there is no lift and the stairs are very high which makes you sore but so far it's worth the price...

In the past, this was a hotel where my father often stayed when he had a work visit to Tanjung Pinang, and it was an expensive hotel at that time, the breakfast was delicious, lots of choices, it's different now, breakfast is just nasgor + eggs... Yes, it's worth it for the standard room price... The important thing is breakfast 😆😆 if you want it to be delicious, just go ahead... MCd 😁

Coffee and tea are provided but unfortunately you have to ask for hot water downstairs, you have to go up and down the stairs. The toilet is being repaired in room 306, the toilet flushing system is no longer strong enough to drown Mister T.
