Stayed on the cheapest plan with two meals on October 2nd.Since my wife has had craniotomy twice and requires assistance with bathing, we decided to stay at this inn, which has many private baths. The room was a Japanese-Western style room and was as good as the plan photo, but if you open the window, you can park in the parking lot, but I feel like it can't be helped.I had a comfortable and spacious room that was clean and well-maintained.The bath was also good. My wife and I were able to thoroughly enjoy the bath, and the next morning we were able to take a bath on our own.Immediately after arriving, I relieved myself of my fatigue at the empty Taishi-no-Yu, and at 5am the next morning, I toured each of the public baths that were reserved for private use.Dinner was supposed to be Kaiseki at a restaurant called Shintatsu, but in reality we were able to enjoy a relaxed meal with a Kaiseki course meal.We had a great time with the staff taking care of us without worrying about other people in the indirect lighting. The additional optional live char was also very delicious. .The staff were all very nice, or should I say best. Thanks to you, I was able to enjoy my first trip to Fukushima in a long time.thank you very much.

I made a reservation only for Ekinet's accommodation plan. The price and service don't match. It's too cheap.Dinner was a Japanese course meal.Breakfast is a buffet. The rooms felt old, but there was no problem at all. There are also many baths. The bathroom on the first floor also has a sauna and cold bath.I'm glad that the facilities have been upgraded, such as the dryers from Dyson and Refa, and the shower head from Refa.I also like that you can use the massage chairs for free. It's a little difficult to move around because it's so big.

I have visited the hotel several times at company year-end parties, but this was my first time using it as an individual after the renovation.Fortunately, we were able to park in the parking lot right in front of the entrance. The room guide was a male staff member. There was an explanation about the bath, amenities, and yukata, but there was no explanation that there would be free drinks.I may have left it out because I thought it was a young customer, but if there is a free service, I think it would be helpful to provide a brief explanation. My room was upgraded and I was able to relax, but there were countless handprints on the window glass, making the view look disappointing. Also, there was something that looked like leftover pieces of dried pasta lying around, and I think it was just a coincidence, but I would like to ask them to be more careful when cleaning.Dinner was served one by one at the restaurant. All the hot dishes were delicious. My companion also seemed to really like the way each dish was served.I wish the male staff who served me had been a little more friendly.Breakfast was a buffet, and since they were holding a Taiwan fair, I was able to enjoy a variety of menus such as authentic mapo tofu and boiled dumplings. The fluffy omelet was made right in front of me, and the freshly baked croissants were really delicious. The menu was very good, with a wide variety of seasonal fruits. There are many baths on the 1st, 3rd, and 6th floors, and I enjoyed them all.The outdoor bath was lukewarm, but the indoor bath was relaxing with just the right amount of hot water. The facility was clean and the service was okay, but the negative points were the friendliness of the staff and the thoroughness of the cleaning. It's a very nice inn, so I highly recommend it.

Checked into Shanshui Villa on the 10th/4th. I left my coat in room 307 when I left this morning. When contacted by the tour guide, I said I didn’t have it. I thought it was strange. …

It looks like it would be nice to splurge on a special occasion.◎Delicious foodThe restaurant had a nice atmosphere and the food was delicious. The staff were so attentive that I suddenly felt like I was in a rich restaurant.◎Open bathI enjoyed the atmosphere even in the rain. I took a relaxing bath while listening to the sound of the waterfall. The changing room was spacious, and even though I stayed during the Obon holidays, it was comfortable and I didn't have to worry about getting caught up in the crowds.◯Calm roomThe room feels a little old, but it is clean. The room had a view of the front entrance, but since it was cloudy in the valley, the feeling of openness from the room was too much.Honestly, I felt like it was luxurious for the price.I think Fukushima is a great place, so please do your best💪

The hardware aspect is highly satisfying. The pond and garden are also beautifully maintained and have a luxurious appearance. On the other hand, since the hardware is luxurious, I am concerned about the details. First of all, I wish the spider webs were a little cleaner. I would like them to remove spider webs that are within reach of customers, if not visible. I have a suspicion that it hasn't been cleaned at all. Next, the smell of the elevator. I personally didn't like the smell. Other concerns include the fact that the glass at Taki no Yu is so cloudy that you can't see the waterfall at all, and that there is no information on private hot springs. If there are many locations, please provide some guidance. However, the food was delicious, and apart from a few minor points, I was satisfied. This is a top class inn if the service is taken care of down to the smallest details.
