The staff was very responsive from start to finish!First of all, when I arrived at the hotel, I was very surprised to see the staff come and choose a yukata that suited my height, but what surprised me even more was that I was served an appetizer. This has never happened in any hotel I've stayed at before, so I was really impressed! After the meal, futons were laid out, giving the overall warm impression of an old-fashioned inn.I received itThe only thing that was a little disappointing was that there were insects in the indoor bath because the outdoor bath and the indoor bath are connected in the large public bath. I was very surprised that I didn't pay much attention to it, so I thought it would be a good idea to put up some kind of notice board or something to alert me.

Although it is an old-fashioned inn, it was clean, and I was satisfied with the customer service, rooms, hot springs, and food. I felt that the price was also reasonable. I had a great vacation.

I used it for lunch and a day trip to the hot springs. The hotel has a really retro exterior in a good way, but the inside was very clean and I felt that it was well-maintained.The staff were kind, the hot springs were pleasant, and we had a great time. The food was delicious and the amount was just enough to fill me up. Personally, the freshly fried vegetable tempura was the best. The chawanmushi was also delicious...thank you very much.

I used the concept room. I was able to relax in a room with a semi-open-air bath. There seemed to be a lot of insects this year, so there was supposed to be an illumination nearby, but unfortunately it was canceled. When we arrived, the hotel staff came out right away and gave us a welcome drink of cool tea and warabi mochi. The amenities in the room even included socks. There was even a beauty mask for women.I was able to relax and enjoy my meal in a private room without having to worry about other customers. It would be nice to have yogurt in the morning (lol). There was also a footbath, so I think it was a blissful moment.

I've used it several times, but this is my first time since the coronavirus pandemic.Stayed over to celebrate my parents' longevity. When I requested to use the hotel for an auspicious event in advance, I was told that I would receive wine as a gift, but before dinner, they dressed me in a Chanchanko in front of the lobby and took a commemorative photo, and when I checked out, I received a shashi. I did.My parents were so moved by this that they took it to a photo shop to enlarge it so they could have it framed. It was the best time to see the fireflies, so I went for a walk after dinner, and the weather was nice and there were lots of fireflies flying around, so I was lucky. The interior and food had changed since before the coronavirus, so it felt like I was using it for the first time. Also, the staff's voices and consideration made me feel very comfortable and I had a great time.Thank you a lot for your hospitality!
