The morning buffet is luxurious. There was crab and salmon roe, and there were many kinds of ice cream and fruits.

I stayed here in September 2024. Last time I stayed there in the fall of 2020. I feel like the quality of the food has improved compared to 4 years ago. It was a buffet style so I could eat lots of oysters and fatty tuna and it was great!Since I have small children, having an open-air bath with a room was really convenient. The customer service was good and the staff were all kind.I've stayed at 5 LiveMax hotels, but this one has the best cost performance so far. I would like to use it again.

I stayed here with two meals included.I wasn't expecting much, but it was as expected (lol)There was a breakfast and dinner buffet, but the quality was quite poor. All-you-can-drink is surprisingly priced at 3,500 yen (*_*;Even better hotel buffets won't cost this much. The room was spacious and good. Although it was a natural hot spring, the quality of the hot spring water was just average. It's new and clean, so I think it's good for people who value their room. Next time I'll go without meals.

I made a reservation on Jalan more than 2 months in advance. The customer service attitude of the man at the front desk was arrogant. I was told that the room I had booked had changed and that it was in an annex. The room is on the second floor and there is no elevator escalator. It was the worst for me as I walk with a cane. The room had a strange smell. I booked a room for 4 people, but there were only 2 beds. There were two damp futons lying around. When I went to the front desk to discuss, I was told that since it was the same day, I would have to pay the full amount if I canceled.I had no choice but to stay the night, but the air conditioner was broken and it made a noise like cicadas, so I couldn't sleep. The person at the front desk told me to talk to Jalan and that the hotel was not responsible.I will never stay there again.

Since it's far from the station, I need to take a bus, but it's infrequent and taxis are hard to come by. There are no convenience stores nearby, which is inconvenient. The room was completely different from the photo; there was hair on the sofa, bed, and open-air bath in the guest room, the futon was discolored, the ceiling near the air conditioner was moldy, and the cleaning was not thorough at all. I don't feel at ease in a room like this. I get goosebumps just remembering it...

I used points from Jalan to take a bath. Both the building and the bathroom were kept clean. The bath was also a private bath, so I felt comfortable in it. However, the open-air bath had water. 😵‍💫Also, I didn't understand that even though I had made a reservation through Jalan, the hotel hadn't informed me, so I showed them my smartphone and told them that I had made the reservation using points.

Book a day trip hot spring plan at Jalan by specifying the date and time. When I went there on the day, the unfriendly old woman scolded me and said, ``The system doesn't reflect reservations, so if you don't call me to confirm the date and time, you'll be in trouble!!''There was no mention of that on Jalan's reservation site, so I was also annoyed. In the end, I had a foreign man take my place and I was able to register. (This person was a nice and soft-spoken person.)The changing room at the hot spring I was taken to had a musty smell and there were insects floating in the hot spring. It's a shame because the spring quality was good, but I won't use it again.P.S. (Maybe, but I think it was because the first lady who dealt with me didn't check the plan I had booked properly. When I checked later, I was guided to a private bath even though the plan was for a large public bath.) So…)
