Wi-Fi does not work in the second floor room. The washing machine costs 300 yen and the dryer costs 100 yen, but you have to go out the front door.

The food is as shown in the photo. Fried foods are freshly fried. It was delicious. The husband has been in poor health and is not very friendly, but I could feel that he was doing his best. If you have a chance, I think it would be nice to stay again.

The friendly gentleman's service helped me a lot on my pilgrimage, even if communication was a bit difficult. He was very hard working, friendly and helpful!Unfortunately the house is not in good condition and is very worn out. I stayed in a nice tatami room with nice wall paintings, but again there were a lot of signs of wear and tear and the bathroom is very old and broken. It smelled like cigarette smoke everywhere. Unfortunately the price is too high (¥6600 including breakfast and dinner).

My husband was taken care of by Mr. Kanekoya during his pilgrimage. At that time, I forgot something (lost it), and when I called them, they were very kind and helpful in helping me find it. I am truly grateful to you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to contact me many times, and for promising to send the items you found home. If you have a chance, please visit us again. Thank you very much for this time.

The host's customer service was poor, and although I don't think he meant any harm, I think there are many people who feel uncomfortable. Nowadays, it is very inconvenient that Wifi cannot be used in the rooms on the 2nd floor. The bath was slippery.

We stayed at Kaneko-ya on the Ohenro route. We tried to book other places, but they were all full. The room and bath were fine, but the vibe of the place and the owner made us feel rather uneasy. Proceed with caution.

Clean enough, food was also decent, communication with the owner was a little difficult even with translator. There are a lot better guesthouses for this price.
