First of all, when I checked in, the receptionist spoke only a few words in Chinese and I couldn't understand what she was saying! The smell of mold in every room is unbearable!Water leaked from the air conditioner and the area around the futon was soaked. Please note that it is not as beautiful as the photo! !I can't sleep because of the smell! It's hard to breathe!I recommend staying elsewhere even if you have to pay a little higher price!

Zero service. If you know what room you're in ahead of time, just go up to your room. If you don't, call the number in the lobby and they'll tell you what room it is.This used to be a love hotel, so the rooms, and especially the baths, are big. It's super inexpensive too, compared to ordinary Japanese hotels.

This is the lowest hotel in Tokushima. When I checked in, there was no one in the lobby, so I called and was told to enter using the key in front of me.It's also very careless in this day and age that keys are placed so that anyone can get them, and what if someone I don't know is in the room or the key is for a different room? It was pitch black.Since I have used the service many times, I knew that the lights in the room would turn on automatically, so I immediately noticed something strange and called them again to get help.He didn't seem too upset and asked me to wait a little while and left him in a pitch black room.A male part-time worker who doesn't know how to answer the phone and has poor customer service.I've used it many times (more than 20 times) because the prices are low, but I'll never use it again. In addition, there are many other complaints about this hotel, such as there is always trash in the elevator, the lighting in the room is not turned off, and the entrance is smelly. Not recommended.

It's nice that the room and bath are spacious, but it's just a love hotel. I was shocked at how unbelievably rude the man answering the phone was.I booked it as a business hotel on Rakuten Travel, but it was completely a love hotel.

I received a phone call because I arrived later than the scheduled time, but they had a very bad attitude.I thought it was a former love hotel that had been renovated into a business hotel, but it turned out to be just a love hotel. There was no information about bath towels for the second night, and when I went to the reception desk, there was no one there. I called the number listed, but they had a bad attitude.I was told that the front desk staff would hang the towels in front of the door when they got to work, but I was surprised to find the bath towels directly on the floor.Since it was the Tokushima Marathon and there were no seats available, I had no choice but to assume that it was inevitable since it was a hotel like that.

A completely Showa era love hotel. There was hair and dirt on the futon and bathtub, rustling insects in the bathroom, spider webs in the corners of the room, and peeling wallpaper. It didn't look like it had been renovated, and I don't think it was cleaned properly. The paper cup provided was stained. There is no minimum sense of cleanliness at all.I made a mistake by skimping on the accommodation fee. Definitely not recommended for family use.

Book as a business hotel on Rakuten Travel.I thought it was a love hotel converted into a business hotel. The main business is open at night. The room is big and it's okay lolThe front desk is also completely transparent, so it might be recommended for those who want to call.

This hotel is simply a love hotel turned into a business hotel.Like a normal love hotel, the bed was a double bed and the bath was separate, so it was very spacious, but all the equipment was the same as the previous love hotel, so it felt dirty and unpleasant. Also, the floor was sticky.
