Large room and quite large shower with hydromassage.Massage chair.The bed was very comfortable.Since I didn't know how to access it, I wrote a message where I had booked that I was waiting outside, and a woman immediately came out to give me the key.

It was my first time staying there. It's a little old compared to the clean and stylish hotels of today. However, the room and bathroom were spacious, and the cleaning was thorough.There was also a slot machine in the room, which was fun to play.The food was delicious, but I wish there was more variety.The response from the hotel staff was very good.Even though it was the middle of the night, they were kind and I felt apologetic.If I have a chance, I will make a reservation again.Thank you very much.

This is my first time using it.I made a reservation on Booking.com for sightseeing in Tokushima.1 night without meals. Use of smoking room.I gave this rating because I did not use the meal.I was a little worried after reading the reviews, but I had a comfortable stay.The area around the garage is dark and feels old.The stairs leading up to the room are a bit steep.It was nice to have a handrail.Check-in starts at 6pm.Since we arrived after dark, we were unable to see the surrounding scenery and atmosphere.You can go out after checking in.Jet bath and massage chair are in operation.(We always check whether the equipment is working immediately after entering the room.)The shower head is refurbished.I think it would be nice if the hair dryer was also refa.I have Panasonic's Ionity, so I have no complaints.There is a microwave and refrigerator.Can be used when using the microwaveThis was my first time at a hotel that provided wraps and plates.No inconvenience regarding amenities.There was also disinfectant and deodorizing spray.The trash cans are also large, two in the room and one in the bathroom.

The environment is nice, the rooms are spacious, and the facilities and maternity facilities are complete. The service is also good and the response is kind. The bathroom equipment sometimes breaks down a bit.

I used it on weekdays.When I contacted the front desk due to a problem with the Chromecast line, an elderly lady with a talkative style that didn't seem like a working adult gave me an incomprehensible explanation. They didn't listen to me from beginning to end, and after having me explain the same thing twice, I was told unilaterally that I would have to change rooms because they didn't know about the line problem. Would you hire someone at the front desk who can't even explain the internet environment in the room? 😅Even after that, she complained that when she ordered amenities, etc., she was taken care of and it was extremely unpleasant. Since the usage fee is low, I think the cleanliness of the room (by the way, there was a lot of hair in the toilet) and the attitude of the customer service can't be helped to some extent, but this hotel is nothing to talk about. yeah.I am fully aware that I am incompetent because I could not have guessed that the Google reviews were less than 3.0 stars. To avoid wasting your time, we recommend that you do not use this hotel.For ownersI see formal replies to other people's low reviews saying that they will make improvements, but I feel bad even if I receive a reply even though I have no intention of improving.

Problems before evaluation. The price was 6,000 yen with a 60% discount on Agoda, so I thought it would be a room with a sauna that would normally cost over 9,000 yen, but I was sent to a lower-ranked room without a sauna that usually cost around 7,000 yen. A typical excessively discounted hotel that was part of the Rakuten Super Sale in the past. The internet isn't very stable either.

I was given a non-smoking room. It was a very nice hotel, it didn't smell like cigarettes, it was very clean, and there was a mat. but! When I tried to use my card to pay, there was no payment machine, so I had to hand my card to the staff face-to-face and pay using my own terminal.I gave it 3 stars because I was a little concerned about that.When she saw the payment method, she said there would be no next time.
