One of the hotels that can be said to be a legend in Tanjungpinang City, located in the city center, close to the port, was founded in the 1970s but competition in this era is very competitive so the condition is not well maintained.😫😫

Got to be the most disgusting room I’ve ever come across. Yes it was cheap (Aus $20), but even so, some simple cleaning wouldn’t go amiss at that price. We booked through Agoda in the first week of August 2024, got there and they said they were not honouring through the platform since July 2024, yet they still took our money. We then had to pay again to book a room. We should have checked the room first but we didn’t. Big mistake. The photos show it, but what it doesn’t show is the stink we got when walking in of sewerage. Bed pillows were dirty, an old emptied ashtray in there butNot cleaned. Walls filthy. We went out to get something to eat and then decided to book another hotel around the corner for $60 AUD a night and it was a palace in comparison. If you are looking for a really cheap place to stay in order to catch the early ferry you would be better off sleeping on the streets.

the service was not very good, I checked out at 11 am I left my toiletries in the room in the afternoon I went back to get the items I left behind and they weren't there. I should have cleaned the room when I left the guest's items, I should have put them away and contacted the guest concerned.My experience in Batam was that I missed my cellphone charger and power bank until I called and labeled the items with my name.

The rooms are decent for that price even though they are not up to date, the AC works well, the KM is clean, the hot water is ok, the water is strong, there is also a hair dryer that functions well, the rooms are clean, there is a hot water dispenser outside that can make pop noodles, wherever you go, it's close, recommended for those looking for a hotel economical budget

Very horrible experience. They cancelled our room the day we reached there. The toilets in the first floor even was unhygeinic. Receptionist could not speak in Engkish as well.
