It's a bit of a walk from Tokushima Station, but it's not a difficult distance. The last stop in the morning was 9am, but there was a shuttle bus. There was no explanation of the amenities at the front desk, but there were paper cups, combs, cotton swabs, etc. in front of the elevator. Unfortunately, there is no tea or coffee available. I stayed at the Amex in the annex, and the public bath is on the 9th floor of the main building, and you can access it by crossing the breezeway. On the men's side, you can see Mt. Bizan in the evening and morning. The sauna was out of order. I haven't used the restaurant so I don't know the details. Nearby restaurants only have Sushiro and Mac. I stayed for 2 nights through a travel agency, and overall I think Cosba is good.

Used for business trips. The room and public bath look like a normal business hotel. For breakfast, choose either Japanese or Western food. There is a banquet hall that is also used for weddings, parties, etc. The lunch menu is reasonably priced and offers great value.Special lunch ¥1200 ~ Limited to 20 meals. The room is a little dark.

There are vending machines, a large public bath, and a laundry in the main building, so staying in the new building is a hassle.

It was a beautiful business hotel. As others have commented, there was no air conditioning in the hallways or elevator hall, so it was very hot and humid. There is a large public bath, but the changing room is small and there are only 3 hair dryers, so if there were 5 people in there, it would be a huge traffic jam. However, it was beautiful as it had been renovated. The food tasted good, but the quantity was small and unsatisfying, so I thought it would have been better to buy some snacks before checking in.

I visited on foot from the station. Google Maps guided me to the main building and I headed straight for it. The entrance on the main building side was on the second floor by climbing the stairs, so when I went up the stairs with heavy luggage, I found that this entrance was closed. A sign says please enter from the annex side.Shocked, I returned to the bottom and went to the annex to check in. When I told them about the entrance on the main building side, they said they had never been told about it. So, when I asked him to put up a sign to prevent him from climbing the stairs, he replied like a politician that he would talk to the manager.Oh, he didn't seem to think anything of it. After all, as a long-established local hotel, it doesn't seem to care about Mr. Mizuki's request.By the way, the elevator entrance behind the main building stairs was empty. I was surprised by the nonsensical response.
