I was surprised at how bad the customer service was! ️As soon as we arrived at the accommodation, they started explaining the accommodation rules, and responded in a very lazy tone.😮When explaining the rules, they insisted in a strong tone and told us that this and that are not allowed, as if we had caused a problem. I felt very uncomfortable when I arrived at the hotel 😬I was treated like that as soon as I arrived at the hotel, and they also nagged me many times until I checked out 😫 Don't keep that kind of attitude. The food, baths, accommodations, and even the trip itself felt unpleasant when I was exposed to it.🛑 Even if you don't consider customer service, the facilities are not suitable for the price. I was left with a lot of dissatisfaction 😮‍💨

I was dissatisfied with everything from the customer service, food, room, accommodation rules, and even the small amenities. I think the impression of your trip will be greatly influenced by where you stay. I came to hate Tokushima, not Kiraku. It's a shame that I really don't want to go there again.

I stayed at the business inn next door, not at the restaurant. The young couple had a great time and the food was delicious, so it was a great success for them to have two meals a day. Next time, I would like to take the meal plan to a higher level.Business inns are clean. I'm glad that the price is low because there are no extra services. As someone who was born in the Showa era, I am satisfied with having a toilet or washroom in the hallway instead of having a private toilet in my room, and I also like that yukata and bath towels are available for an additional fee. I usually don't wear a yukata because it comes off, and my hair is short so I don't use bath towels, so if that keeps costs down, that's great.

I had a very comfortable stay. Thank you for arranging the taxi. Thank you very much for helping me. Thank you ☆ It's a homely inn run by a family, and the food was carefully prepared and I felt warmth. Also, the bathroom was compact but very clean, and the circulating hot water was constantly flowing, making it very comfortable to soak in the soothing hot water. Since we arrived late, it felt very nice to have exclusive access.

There are various reviews, but I think this is a wonderful inn that is working hard through trial and error for the sake of the guests and everyone else involved with the inn. I support you! I wish you the best. Also, please visit us when you visit Tokushima.

The facilities are old and inconvenient, and the staff are unpleasant people who don't have a customer's perspective (at least the woman was like that).

The landlady here only thinks about herself. There's no explanation, no notes,I didn't know, so I just unplugged a small bathtub like the ones you have at home.He lectured me before breakfast, and even though I apologized, the other person remained quarrelsome.I ended up getting into trouble and my trip was ruined...Although she herself said, ``I didn't explain,''Moreover, even though the circulation of the bathtub had already been restored at that time,Say something like, ``If it breaks, I'll charge you for repairs.''I don't understand the nerve of being able to speak confidently to customers in the morning. For the guests, it's the same way they use it at home, just by unplugging the bathtub. It really doesn't matter and there's nothing wrong with it, butEven so, even though I was considerate and apologized many times, even though the bathtub was safe,Still, I thought it was really terrible to say, ``If something happens, I'll charge you.''Recently, I have been traveling almost every week as part of the national travel support program. No matter where I went, I had only good memories,I really regret going to this suspicious inn. There are no toilets, the door to the shared toilet is very noisy and makes eerie noises at night, and perhaps I'm being too stingy, the hallways are pitch black and there are signs posted everywhere telling me not to turn on the lights.Leaving aside the fact that I was scolded this time, judging simply from the environment, it was an inn that I would definitely not return to again.

Thank you for staying with us for one night.Even in a guesthouse, I wanted a toilet in the room.I would like to have a bath towel.I would like to change the hair dryer to a better one. There was no omelette taste. Raw eggs are better. The room was spacious enough and very clean. The customer service was also kind and polite.Sudachi's present made me happy.thank you very much.

At this inn, bees are kept on the rooftop, and I asked the owner to show it to me❗️He told me that they keep Western bees on the rooftop, and Japanese bees deep in the mountains. He talked a lot about beekeeping, and it was great. I learned a lot and it was interesting 😄 They also sold harvested honey, so I bought some to see how different the taste really was. First, the Japanese honey was 1,900 yen for 250 grams, and the Western honey was 2,200 yen for 560 grams. I always eat it at home. The honey I use is reasonably priced at 1000 yen for 1000g❗️Japanese bees have a nice aroma and a concentrated, deep flavor that is very delicious😋Western bees are very smooth and taste different from Japanese bees😋Finally The honey I always eat 😑 I thought it was starch syrup ⁉ ️ As I heard from the owner that the taste was completely different, it really was completely different ❗️ Both Japanese bees and Western bees are bred in the wild, and there is only a small amount of honey that can be obtained. It seems to be very rare, so it makes sense that it would cost a certain amount! ️However, considering the amount of time and effort it takes to raise the animals, it seems like they won't make any money at all.I stayed at this inn because I was able to work, and I was able to have an unexpected experience.Thank you very much!! ️Both the general and his family were very nice people😄
