I stayed here for one night with a German friend. Not only was the room relaxing, but everything we had for dinner and breakfast, including fresh local fish sashimi, raw sea urchin, and tempura, was delicious and amazing! And above all, the coffee that the proprietress roasted in-house and brewed to wake us up was the most delicious coffee I've ever had. Once you try this coffee, you won't be able to drink coffee anywhere else. There is also a hot spring with a great view about 5 minutes by car from the inn, so you can relax while looking at the spectacular view. Please let me stay again when you go to Tokushima! I’m looking forward to that day ☺☺

As soon as you walk in the door, you are greeted by the smile of the hostess and a warm welcome. First thing in the late afternoon there was an iced coffee from our own roasting to cool down and a warm conversation. You immediately feel welcome. The house and the rooms are cozy, partly antique and authentically Japanese. The garden is gorgeous and also in Japanese style. A few minutes from the accommodation is the Kamoda Kapp, beautiful forests, rocks, beach and sea and of course an outstanding 360° view. 5 minutes by car from the property is a traditional onsen where you can relax before dinner, indoors and outdoors. Dinner, in this case the special menu, is highly recommended if you like sashimi. Because here you can get the freshest and rarest fish served beautifully decorated. The room is very comfortable and has everything you need, the tatami is very comfortable and you sleep better than on a normal bed.Wake up in the morning with a freshly prepared breakfast, the perfect start to the day. Here, too, the coffee is highly recommended; once you drink it, you won't want another one. Arigatoo gozaimasu. Erik from Germany

A very nice guesthouse where you will want to stay for many nights. The easternmost tip of Shikoku! The Tokushima local fish dishes are exquisite, and the landlady's special desserts and coffee are also the best! The scenery of Cape Gamouda, the hot springs, the starry sky at night, and the hostess's thoughtfulness all moved me.

After turning up unannounced asking if there was anywhere to eat nearby, Hidemi-San invited me back to have dinner there. She served me a beautiful seafood spread which was all delicious. The warmth and welcomeness that I felt here was exactly what I needed. This is an amazing place run by a wonderful lady, I’ll be back and I’ll make sure to book and stay the night next time!

On the last day of the Kagawa area trip for the minivan overnight trip ``YouTube channel name: Yuruchoco VAN&LIFE,'' we visited Cape Gamouda, the easternmost tip of Shikoku. On our last night, we splurged a bit and had Atarashiya's Ise lobster course. In addition to the juicy spiny lobster, they also served a variety of local fish sashimi platters and simmered fish, so I was full❣️There is a hot spring with good hot water called ``Kamoda Onsen'' nearby. However, there are some quite narrow roads along the way that make it difficult to pass each other, so please be careful when driving.

The tranquil and beautiful promenade on the cape.I apologize for having to prepare a meal for you in your room when you brought your dog with you. Thank you for your sympathy. All the dishes were delicious, and the gray sashimi, conch shell, and filefish liver were exquisite. I didn't expect gravy to be this delicious. The food in Osaka is smelly (lol)The coffee was also very delicious.

Hidemi-san showed us the kindest hospitality of a Japanese host. We did not speak any Japanese at all and she was very kind and patient, and we used Google translate app, and had wonderful conversations nonetheless. The beautiful homey place has a traditional feel and both dinner and breakfast were fresh and delicious. We had a wonderful stopover whilst visiting the region, and was happy with our morning walk to the lighthouse nearby. We also bought some of Hidemi-san's self-roasted coffee beans and have been savoring each cup at home. Thank you Hidemi-san for the warm and joyful stay.

I stayed in a very comfortable room and was satisfied with the luxurious sashimi platter. The route was such that we couldn't go wrong, so we had to give way while backing up, but it was also very atmospheric. When we got to Gamota Lighthouse, the wind was so strong that it felt like we were going to be blown away, but even with the strong wind, the air was soft.I was able to fully enjoy the vastness and wildness of the Pacific Ocean. The grandmother and her wife who lived at the inn were both very friendly people. The dog was also quiet and cute.I want to go again.

I would love to give even more stars. The atmosphere of this guesthouse is wonderful and the food is incredibly fresh and fantastically good. Be sure to book the special menu (seafood/sashimi). There is a surfing beach and a lovely onsen nearby. The way out to the Cap is definitely worth it!
