IRRESPONSIBLE OWNER ! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED !!!!!!! Waited very long , no PIN number was sent to us upon booking confirmation end up we waited for about one hour plus or more than for the owner to reply . Personally think that the air conditioner is going to have problem as I see water dripping , floor not very clean , bedroom slipper very old , bedsheet not very clean , furniture very old , especially the toilet you can see in the picture . And there are lots of mosquito !!! however lots of things are not well maintained , PICTURES stated !!!!! Upon booking , mention they will have breakfast ! Turns out to have nothing ! Was told by owner will send a pizza for compensation send at 5pm plus . To be honest , who will make all the way back just for the pizza while you can try out good and fresh food during the vacation . THERE IS PLACES NICER THAN THIS PLACE AND PRICING ARE LOWER BY AT LEAST 2 to 5 percent .

This villa is located about 15mins drive from Batam centre ferry terminal.Location at Neo Coastarina.The area looks like a new development, but the unit (wa 29) inside gives a fishing kelong stay feels.3 bedrooms2 toilets in 2 of the 2nd level bedrooms.1 common toliet in level 1.The furnitures, kitchen cupboards, toilets are old and not well maintained.Limited and old kitchen utensils and cutlery.Fridge is old and not cold.The whole unit is air conditional but don't expect to feel like is 20 degree Celsius even the AC is set at 20 degree Celsius. It feels like 26 degree Celsius.Generally the unit is clean because there are 2 cleaners, cleaning up the units after we check out. Therefore checkin at 3pm is good for the cleaners to clean the unit.Small pack and simple breakfast is served.First day, nasi lemak with ikan bilis.Second day, fried mifen with ikan bilis.1 gallon of drinking water per day, more chargeable.We broke 1 old plastic chair, 1 old acrylic chair (1 in living room, 1 in bedroom) and we were charged Rp450,000 for the damaged.Personally I enjoyed my time there because of the family members there.This unit allows the space for us to have family bonding.If you want a hotel luxury kind of stay, this unit does not need the criteria.Like I mentioned above, it gives a fishing kelong or old chalet feels.

Pro: Stay is comfortable n brezzy ,con nearby don't have shop, gojek driver difficult find place , as GPS can't find place , (access entrance left hand next to ocarina gate )
