this place feels like home and being lovely taking care of by magic if you would believe so.the owner sharing her love through everything she has created here and she says it's still ongoing process.I wouldn't be superise if you find yourself so delightful and home here.people find somewhere always for a reason even you accidentally clicked here.That's how I've find her. I don't speak good English and shy about communicating at begining but she has encourages me and patiently fins a way and now we begin talk through all kinds of way.It feels like home. She is considerate and with heart to make a great energy breakfast for you. She is sharing love.I wish you a great experience here.lot's of love.

A most wonderful place with a most wonderful owner, Amarin. We felt very welcomed.Her house was beautiful and comforting with her beautiful art all over the walls and rooms well taken care of. She made us breakfast every morning and afterwards would go on walks with another guest who enjoyed walking and the company. She took the time to get to know us and let us get to know her. If you are not social and do not want to talk much, she will see that quickly and respect that. She reads social cues very well and just wants you to be most comfortable.We stayed in November and have been meaning to make this review since because we were so impressed! We will stay here again whenever we are back in Chiang Mai.Until then, we wish you well Amarin.-Shelby and Carson

I really liked living here. It was absolutely wonderful in the big studio. In the small one I missed the light, the toilet and the noise of the road were a little annoying.Excellent breakfasts, laundry from time to time, common spaces - living room, kitchen, yard and garden. Inexpensive. The house has amazing thermal properties - it wasn’t hot for me during the day, it wasn’t cold at night, so I didn’t turn on the air conditioning at all, I only regulated it with the windows. Sometimes I missed watching TV, but more often I took a break from it.The most important thing is the hostess. Restless and at the same time responsive, attentive. Her participation is invaluable.

Great atmosphere, exceptionally clean and a delicious nutritious breakfast included. A house where you will be most welcomed and truly well treated.The host, Amarin, goes out of her way to make you feel at home. 🙏Best homestay there is. I would recommend 100%

Wonderful place to rest and a great value too!|Big and nice comfortable rooms with colorful and spiritual paintings on the wall.Great homemade breakfast,made with great love, with no extra cost The host Amarin is the kindest and warm hearted person taking care of their guests I ever met, and generous person too!

I have been traveling for over a month, changing accommodation every day. This is the hotel that makes me want to stay again.Just by interacting with the owner, Amarin, you can feel the positive energy of kindness, consideration, gratitude, etc.No words are needed there.

The room characteristics are like a homestay. The owner is cute, kind, friendly, and the price is not expensive. If you ask for high-tech convenience equipment, they don't have it. But if you ask for sincerity and friendliness, it's the best.🤘👍

A truly special place. The location is great - unless you want to bar hop, downtown Chiang Mai doesn't have much to offer. The best things to do are all outside of town and fighting downtown Chiang Mai traffic - whether its on your own scooter or via Grab/taxi is both more expensive and more aggravating. The house is located on a quiet street, but you're a 7 minute walk to 7-11, Tesco (supermarket) and the local market where tasty 30 THB meals can be had day and night.The host, Amarin, is the best. If you're solo, you'll never be bored if you're willing to open up to her. The accommodation itself is exceptionally clean, very pleasant and great value. Included breakfast is very good, Amarin will launder your sweaty clothes for free.I've spent a lot of my life staying in homestays and this one is easily the best of them all.
