I used to use Container Hotel R9, but I wanted to try another company's hotel, so I booked here.Hardware aspects such as room design are R9.Since there is a washing machine in each room, the space is cramped and tables are too small. The same goes for the chair. You can also watch the TV on the bed, and the layout of the R9 is more comfortable.Wireless LAN has a strong signal and is not difficult to pick up, but there are times when the essential speed is not available. There was no catch with R9, so this is also inferior when compared. So, with R9, telework is at the level where it is an option, although it is not unreasonable. That's the level.Next, regarding the soft aspects such as services, the price is low, so I don't care about unmanned or self-transportation. (R9 is manned, so I personally prefer this unmanned version)R9 has a service that includes light snacks, but this one does not.Cleaning was also not thorough.Even though nightgowns are made of material that wrinkles easily, they were provided with wrinkles intact, so it is unclear whether they have been washed or whether someone has touched them. The R9 is packaged in plastic, so it feels clean. The nightgown comes in one size, and since it's a baby's size, I would prefer a slightly larger size. .There were a few other things I was concerned about. There was nothing to worry about with the R9. (Depending on the location of R9, outside sounds may enter the room and cause noise.)So, overall, if there are two in the same area, I would choose R9.I hope that the principle of competition will work and that better products will emerge.Lastly, one thing that is unique to this place is that during the day, the noise of motorbikes coming to the nearby Yellow Hut is very loud. Cars are getting quieter and quieter these days, and the only cars that make as much noise as they did in the past are country Yankee cars. So the noise of cars doesn't particularly bother me, but there are many motorcycles that make an anachronistic, old-fashioned sound (maybe that's still a cool value in this day and age), so there are some in the container. The sound comes in to the extent that it bothers me.When Yellow Hat closes, you only hear it occasionally, so it doesn't bother you. Then there's the parking lot. Is this place under the jurisdiction of the local home center (Sekichu)? The parking lot is used as a luggage storage area for a hardware store, and items are transported using forklifts. As a hotel user, this is a nuisance. It was quiet at night and the air conditioning worked well, so I was able to sleep well. (As for the quality of the bed, if you compare it, the R9 is a Simmons bed, so it's good, but you can sleep even if it's not that good.)As with all container hotels, the water pressure is great, so it's nice to take a shower, but the sink can get messy if you're not careful. Please be careful.
