The solo site doesn't allow solo groups or duos, so all you can hear is the sounds of chopping wood and bonfires, which is great! If possible, it would be helpful if the souvenir shop had souvenirs that could be easily used as ingredients for dinner. When I took a bath on the way home, my skin felt smooth and moist.

High points for a campground with a hot spring. If you use the hotel toilet, it will be clean. The location is good, up 70 steps.

I went there last month. The facilities (including the campsite) were better than I expected.(Although I was a little afraid of the collapse)This time I used auto, but since there is a bus stop on the premises, I would like to try camping on foot in the solo area.

Since I made the reservation the day before and used Jalan points, it actually cost 100 yen. However, due to lack of research, I ended up carrying my luggage up and down the stairs about 6 times and was drenched in sweat. At night, it was pitch black and I enjoyed the feeling of solo camping. The camping toilet was smelly so I walked to the hotel.

Used on Showa Day from April 28th (Sunday) to April 29th (Monday), 2024.It was the first two-day holiday of Golden Week, but the price was ¥1500. There seems to be no top season pricing. The price is ¥2,500 on Saturdays throughout the year, and ¥1,500 on weekdays and Sundays, so it's a good deal on holidays between (Sunday) and (Monday) on the calendar. Perhaps because of that, 20 people made reservations that day. I checked with the front desk of the hotel, but there were no regulations regarding the size of the tent, and the stance was that the tarp should not get in the way next to it, which was neither good nor bad. However, it is large enough that even 20 people will not have to worry about finding a place to set up their tent. There is water, a sink, and a temporary Japanese-style toilet in the solo camp parking lot. You can use the Western-style shower and toilet at the hotel. The problem was having to climb the 68 steps to the solo camping area with my camping gear and then going back down. In a sense, no pain, no gain. Once you reach the top of the mountain like a monk, you will find yourself in another world. A solo camper's paradise. But sometimes people who are probably hotel guests walk along the promenade and stare at me. Well, I don't mind, but if you are concerned, be careful not to set up your tent on the side of the walking path! At a campground, the challenge is how to reduce the number of trips up and down the 68 steps. It is also required to carefully select and organize equipment into UL (Ultra Light). No one spoke, just the sound of pegs being hammered, the sound of a bonfire, and the occasional cough from the smoke. Then you can quietly enjoy your own camping world. This is a campground I would like to visit again if I have two days off.

November 2023This time, I used a site exclusively for one person. This campsite has a hot spring for day trips, and is highly recommended as it is conveniently located from the city center. For campers, the second bath was free on the same day. It's 600 yen on weekdays, and 500 yen after 5:00 pm.We set up, took a bath, ate dinner by the bonfire, and took a bath before bed. It was the best!By the way, it was a weekday and there were 3 people including myself. Since they are far apart, the nights are pitch black.Although it was my first time here, the front desk staff was kind and polite, and made me feel at ease. There are 70 steps to the solo site, but I counted 68 steps from the solo parking lot to the site. However, there are 37 steps from the hot springs and front desk to the private parking lot.The scale of the hot spring is quite large. Body soap and shampoo were also provided, as well as a hair dryer. I think it was 100 yen to rent a towel.I was very curious as to what the countless white objects floating on the surface of the open-air bath were.Even if you deduct everything, if you can melt in a hot spring, it's all worth it.[PS] When I entered the hot spring for the first time, I asked the receptionist, ``I'm a campsite user, do you have any discounts?'' and they told me, ``If you let me know your name, your second visit is free.'' Thank you. I think it would be a good idea to bring the tape you received at the hotel reception to wrap around your wrists.

This site is exclusively for solo camping, so you can spend your time quietly. You will have to carry your luggage up and down approximately 70 steps, but this will also help you train your ability to carefully select the minimum amount of luggage. It's safe because it's on the hotel grounds, and it's great because you can also take a bath in the hotel's hot springs. ,
