The other day, my wife and four elderly parents went on a one-day BBQ trip. It was the first time for my parents to have a BBQ at a place like this, and they were so happy that it was so much fun.My father got drunk and went to the bathroom with me, but they were cleaning, so we had to wait for a while. I made eye contact with a male staff member in his 50s who was wearing glasses who was cleaning the room, and with a clearly disgusted attitude, I said, ``It's okay,'' and said, ``I understand that it's difficult for you to make your way to the reception toilet due to your age.'' So, when I tried to ask for rental items, I didn't get a response that seemed normal, so why should I be concerned? The young male and female staff were very nice and had great customer service.I had previously worked with them at a solo camp. I felt very disappointed and frustrated because I thought I could confidently recommend it to my parents. You are not suitable for customer service.

\High standard campsite that is easy to walk camping! /・Easy to get to, just 5 minutes walk from the bus stop- Full range of shops and rental items・Not only the kitchen, but also the toilets and showers are very clean.・I'm really happy that there are so many vending machines.・All the staff are kindI've repeated it several times.Heaters can also be rented during the cold winter months, which is helpful for walking campers who find it difficult to carry around a heater. We have a large number of staff, so they are always on hand to greet you and keep an eye on you, and there are many families who use our camp, so you can feel safe using it even if you are a solo girls' camp. The facilities are very clean and well-equipped.The site fee is a little high, but on weekdays you can use both the solo discount and the partner discount.Recommended for camping beginners, female solo campers, and family campers!

There were many people who came with their families, and the campsite had a fun atmosphere. Children were happy to receive candy when they participated in the Halloween event. I was able to enjoy nature to the fullest by hearing the sound of the river flowing and the cries of wild birds.

I used the covered BBQ site on a day trip. There is a cancellation fee from 10 days in advance, but it's a gamble as it's difficult to predict the weather. It's a very relaxing place surrounded by rivers and mountains, full of nature. The Halloween decorations were very well put together and the children were happy. It's easy to not have to set up anything, but it was a little annoying because it was located far away from where I wanted to go for a swim in the river, and I couldn't park my car right next to it, so it was difficult to carry my luggage. Also, you have to wash the stove before returning it, so it's not that easy even if you rent the equipment.I thought it would be best to get a tarp and use the riverside site.We also used the fishing pond, but unfortunately we didn't catch a single fish. The people who entered about 2 groups earlier were able to catch fish, but no one from the group after that caught a hit. . . It seems unlikely that there will be a repeat. The staff were everywhere, and they responded immediately when I called out to them, so the service was good, and the location was good, so I wanted to visit the BBQ place itself again.

First family camping trip!I came here for the first time with my 5 year old daughter and 2 year old son!Since it was my kids' first time and I wasn't sure if they would like camping, I didn't have the courage to buy a tent, so I decided to stay in the permanent tent area this time! The Coleman Master Series tent was very comfortable! The living room also has a table, chairs, fan, and light, so you don't need to prepare anything! There are no sleeping bags or blankets, so I recommend bringing your own or renting one.We took it with us.There is a tarp, table, and chairs outside the tent, so you don't have to worry! After that, play in the river!Although the water temperature is cold, the water is clean and easy to play in the shallows! We found beautiful stones and played with water pistols with the kids! After playing in the river, it's trout fishing!I couldn't catch any (^^;;But we bought two, had their bellies removed, skewered them, and grilled them ourselves! My children have always loved fish, but I always tried to eat it by breaking it up, but they ended up eating it in whole bites while it was still on the skewer!Camping helps children grow ( ; ; )There is also a hot spring nearby, which can be reached in 3 to 4 minutes by car! After returning from the hot springs, I had a BBQ with my family! It gets dark at night, so it's a good idea to have something other than the lantern provided! It rained heavily at night, but it's mountain weather and it depends on the day (^_^;)However, the moon was beautiful at night! The kids woke up a few times to go to the bathroom, but they seemed to be able to sleep well!It was a sunny morning and I had a very pleasant breakfast! The whole family had a great time camping!Thank you also to the staff! We had a wonderful time!thank you!

I made a reservation 3 months in advance and went camping with my friends for the first time. We considered canceling due to the typhoon, but we were blessed with good weather and were able to make it to the day. After arriving, there was a line of students waiting at the reception desk to see if they were in training. Waited for about 30 minutes at the reception. The car was parked right in front of the reception, so I was inside the car, but there was only room for 1.2 cars, so there was a lot of parking on the street. After checking in, we were guided to the location where other families had already set up tents and were having fun, so when we checked with the staff, they told us that we had been guided to the wrong location. I went back to the reception and waited another 20 minutes. It can't be helped since everyone makes mistakes, but there was no apology at all, and the other staff members bombarded me with questions like which person handled the reception and why I was directed there. This is just as we were informed and details will be discussed with the staff. However, when the girl made the same mistake over and over again, the customer repeatedly made negative comments about the girl at the reception desk. The atmosphere was good in the place, and I enjoyed myself and had some good memories, but I was feeling a bit uneasy. When checking for trash on the way home, the way the staff spoke and behaved was unimpressive, and I got the impression that many of them were not suited for work that involved interacting with people. Although the location and facilities are nice, there were a lot of things that I felt were disappointing, so I am giving this rating. There were many people with their children, but the parents weren't paying attention to them as much as I expected. Please be careful as the river is deeper than you think.
