Not a star hotel... this urbanview class is really recommended, the rooms are really classy, cool, the atmosphere is really right for relaxing, the location is quiet and safe... Thank God the service is quite good and very friendly.

THE WORST HOTEL EVER!!!check in at 5 pm check out at midnight 7 pm.I booked 2 rooms at this hotel because it was close to work and all the other hotels were fully booked.when I entered the room it felt very dirty. the bathroom was slippery, the toilet seat was dirty, there were no towels, THE MATTRESS WAS NOT PROVIDED WITH SHEETS.My husband immediately went down to ask the hotel staff, then he was given a towel. What made the hotel staff angry was that they said "it's already covered with sheets, even though there's only a mattress pad and blanket." They thought we were stupid guests.Finally I went down and complained about this, the receptionist DID NOT APOLOGIZE, showed a glaring face and did not accept the complaint. By saying "it's not me", I as a customer don't want to know, those who work are the ones I'm complaining about. FYI While I was complaining there were other guests who experienced the same thing, they had just checked in but their rooms had not been cleaned.The receptionist was angry and did not accept my complaint and said I was also staying at this hotel with a very unfriendly face.Finally another officer came to my room and cleaned the room, and put the sheets on the bed.Because I felt unsafe, the receptionist lived in the hotel too, and the room had no additional locks inside. I decided to leave the hotel room and take a deposit of 100,000.FYI when you use the Google map to play around it's hard to find.WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!!!!
