I honestly don't understand the bad reviews in this place. The service is outstanding, the rooms and the onsen as well. Everything is super clean and the food is tasty. Some of the friendliest employees we ve met, with good English language skills!

Transportation is difficult as it is located deep in the mountains. The road near Kazurabashi Bridge is narrow and tourists are blocking the road and obstructing the passage of cars, so there is a risk of collision and there are safety concerns, so is there a problem with the city? Tourism association? It seems that some kind of countermeasures are necessary. Please be careful as you have to climb a steep slope to reach the parking lot. However, the parking lot is large and no problem. Also, the parking lot was close to the inn, making it easy to load and unload luggage. The exterior and interior of the building are quaint and wonderful. The terrace has a great view, and there are plenty of sofas, chairs, and tables where you can relax while drinking free coffee or beer from the vending machine. Also, when a person who appears to be the owner places sunflower seeds in the palm of his hand, small wild birds come to eat them. Sunflower seeds are also given to guests, so it's fun if the birds come. (Sometimes the birds don't come.)The inside of the hotel and the rooms are clean and nice. The bathroom was especially sophisticated and clean. However, I was quite concerned about the sound leakage from the neighboring rooms. The public bath is far away depending on the room, and in winter, you walk through a place that looks like it's outside, so you might get cold. There is no particular impression on the hot springs.I'm glad they serve local food. Also, everything was delicious and the quantity was just right. (No, my belly was full)As for customer service, all the employees who interacted with me were kind, polite, and nice. Your husband? It also had a heartwarming feel to it that I liked.Overall, the price, rooms, food, and customer service were excellent, and I would like to stay there again.Especially the customer service of the employees was wonderful.Thank you 😊

Amazing ryokan with exceptionally kind staff, fabulous meals, cosy and comfy rooms in lovely surroundings. 100% recommend. Quieter than other ryokans too as only hotel guests have onsen access. Thank you for a wonderful few days.

The room had been renovated and was very clean and comfortable.I was able to enjoy my meal around the irori hearth and enjoy local cuisine, which was a very good memory.A few minutes walk to Kazurabashi. If you go early in the morning, there will be fewer tourists and you will be able to enjoy the view of the river more slowly, so if you are staying overnight, we recommend getting up early and going to the bridge.

This was my first time visiting Shikoku, and I would definitely like to stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Shikoku. This was my first trip with my two children, a 4 year old and a 4 month old. I was worried because I had a 0-year-old child with me, but they took care of everything and I was impressed with their hospitality. The meals were also in a private room, so I was able to enjoy a meal in a relaxed manner for the first time in a long time, and I felt at ease in an inn where I could relax both physically and mentally as a family. My child was eating deliciously and was so happy that he took a bath three times. It was great to see how the staff were so responsive and seemed to be enjoying their work.On the way home, my 4-year-old child said he wanted to give a sunflower seed to a bird from his hand, and was impressed by the bird landing on his hand, so it was a wonderful experience!Thank you very much for everything. Also, I would like to go and stay overnight with my family.

2024/9/13 AccommodationI was very satisfied with the local cuisine. I don't think I'll be able to go even to Shikoku because it's so far away, but it was an inn I'd definitely stay at again. Speaking of greed, it's a shame that the time to use the hot springs is so short. But if you can provide this service at this price, I'm satisfied! We also enjoyed the terrace. thank you very much!
