A business hotel with the worst service ever! ︎I couldn't enter the room due to a mistake at the front desk.Experience of a pregnant woman at a loss in the intense heat and hyperemesisWhen I went out at noon on the second consecutive night and returned to the room, I was unable to enter.Check at the front desk``Since today's payment has not been made, I cannot enter the room.''Though I thought it couldn't be like thatThe front desk will contact you to confirm your payment."Then I'll tell the person who paid the bill that the customer was angry!" he said incomprehensibly...No, I'm not angry, but... there's something wrong with this old man at the front desk... My sense of distrust is doubled.Since my luggage was left there for now, I had no choice but to ask for the spare key, pack it up, and start looking for another hotel...I was at a loss and was about to leave. From the front desk via extension"I checked and the payment for today has been made. Please return the spare key."I'm a former hotel worker, but it's impossible for me to respond in the worst way to such a simple mistake. There was no apologyWill never visit again

There are many love hotels around here and this is the only business hotel I can think of.

I stayed at this hotel for about 20 consecutive nights as it was designated for company training. Not only is it close to Higashi-Kawaguchi Station, but there are many convenient and familiar shops such as Seiyu, which is open 24 hours, convenience stores, drug stores, fast food restaurants, and ramen shops. If you explore the neighborhood, you will also find local chains and unique individual shops. As of late May 2024, I was able to enjoy the location very much. Oh, and I was able to use Wi-Fi as well. thank you very much.On the other hand, the hotel's facilities and services were poor, dirty, and seemed overpriced. It's better to go to a nearby store for coin laundry (this hotel only has a small vertical washing machine and dryer + a dirty, dusty trouser press that no one seems to use), and it takes a lot of time. There were days when the bed was not made even after checking out, the water pressure for drinking water in the room was very weak (this may not be a problem depending on the room), and the first floor of the hotel smelled of cigarettes. Is this the standard because there are no other hotels around here? Please forgive me for saying this as I don't often use business hotels. It may be a matter of time and luck, so I hope it will be helpful to everyone who uses it.

It was very convenient as it was close to the station. Although the plan was for consecutive nights without cleaning, towels etc. were replaced and there was no problem. We also made use of the coin laundry and microwave oven. The vending machine in the coin laundry room was out of change for 100 yen coins, so I couldn't exchange money, but I was able to exchange money at the front desk. Unfortunately, there was a clear accumulation of dust on the bathroom ventilation fan and the room light, and I was worried that it might fall on it. Of course, the fares are cheaper than in Tokyo, and considering the convenient location that you can go to Tokyo by just one train, I have no complaints.

I stayed at a hotel provided by the company, but I felt that the explanation of the eco plan was difficult to understand and very unfriendly. On the first day of a consecutive stay, towels and other amenities were hung on the door, so I thought they would hang them on the second day as well, but apparently that wasn't the case, and the empty bag that contained the amenities from the first day was hung on the doorknob. If you don't have one, you won't be able to use towels at all. When you went to the front desk to ask about it, they explained it to you, right? I ended up getting angry. There's no way you don't need a towel in the first place, right? It's a system that doesn't make any sense as to why they don't give you a towel unless you hang an empty bag on the doorknob, and they even give you a meaningless explanation like you can't give you a towel until nightfall. I felt that it was a bad and terrible hotel.People on the Eco Plan are treated like this, so it is better to choose another hotel even if you are on a higher plan. It won't be an option again, but I hope it helps you.

I think it's a good location as it's a good location and there's a pub and ramen shop nearby so you don't have to worry about eating, and there's also a convenience store nearby.

It's small, but it's near the station and there's parking nearby, so I think it's convenient. There are quite a few restaurants, and of course there are convenience stores, so there's no need to worry.

I stayed the night before because the forecast was for heavy snowfall the next day and transportation disruptions were expected. I had a comfortable stay in the clean and calm interior of the hotel.

The people at the front desk are very responsive. Breakfast can be eaten at a small restaurant.
