I used it for 2 nights.・I received a phone call to confirm my arrival time before the scheduled check-in time.・I went there while looking at Google Maps, but since it was in a residential area, I couldn't find it right away, but I didn't feel it was an inconvenience as they would guide me if I called them.・The bath and tray are shared.There were towels, bath towels, and amenities.・There are no keys in the room, which may bother some people, but since it's a guesthouse, I didn't really care.・Wifi line speed was good.It felt like staying at a relative's house in the city, and it was very comfortable.I would like to stay there again if I have a chance.

I made a reservation on a certain reservation site and thought that a 0-year-old baby would not be included in the number of guests, but I received an email saying that there would be 4 people and I would not be able to stay. The evenings were especially busy, and I got a call around 8:30, after the kids had gone to bed. ``When will you cancel? '' said the voice of a man on the phone who would not give his name. I was so busy that I couldn't have checked the email, but I received a threatening message in the email saying, ``Please cancel as soon as possible to avoid being charged a cancellation fee.''Even though it says there is no cancellation fee until one week before the stay. That was the worst response. If you don't want to feel bad, I recommend not staying there. I don't even want to give 1 star.

I used it for a live expedition. The location was so difficult to find that it took more than 20 minutes to walk from the station and two hours to find it. I called the police at 2 a.m. and they helped me navigate. When I called the owner, he didn't answer, so I was really worried. Breakfast was supposed to be included, but it wasn't. I don't want to use it again.
