Got this hotel for almost 400 thousand per night without breakfast, without a water heater and glasses (coffee, tea, sugar), and without a telephone in the room, this is the first time you get something like this which is equivalent to a hotel room for 200 thousand per night, the hallway between the rooms feels like a musty smell like a damp carpet, the bath soap was damaged but wasn't immediately replaced or repaired, there was a little tissue left but it wasn't refilled, if you wanted to request things like this you had to go down to the receptionist because you couldn't make a telephone call. Not really recommended even though the location is strategic in front of a mall and many food buying and selling centers. Oh yes, there's no soundproofing between the rooms, sometimes you can hear noise in the next room, there's really no privacy.

The location is right in front of Grand Mall Batam. It's located in the center of Nagoya, and there are many massages and restaurants nearby. The room was small, hair was falling, and the towels were yellowed, so it was hard to say that it was clean. However, in this location, the price is low and if you can compromise on these, I recommend this hotel.

The room itself was alright, even if it was a bit cramped it still had lots of workarounds. The location itself was strategic, so you could go to other commercial areas (mostly malls and stores). Not only that, your rooms are also cleaned (mostly when you ask them), therefore alleviating privacy and cleanliness while being mostly quiet. Quite comfortable.

the hotel is strategically located, right opposite of Grand Batam Mall, there is Circle K next door and IndoMart nearby. Walking Distance to Batam City Square and A2 Foodcourt.The front staff is helpful and friendly. there is also parking space reserved right in front of the main door (if you are driving).The room is a little small but it works well if you are only there for sleeping, the soundproof is bad, you can hear people walking and talking outside. The only cons for me is the toilet, is well worn out, yellowish tiles and the towel is all greyish colored.But for the price you paid, you will have to lower your expectation.

the room is cramped... the sheets don't look like they've been changed, they feel sticky to the skin and itchy when the blanket is put on and the floor when showering is yellow-yellow 🙄🙄🙄

The hotel bedrooms are clean, the bathrooms are clean, the employees are friendly.The rooms are not big but comfortable. The location is in front of the Gran Batam Hotel and there are lots of culinary delights, ATMs and minimarkets near the hotel.Maybe the only input is to have breakfast and open it again and turn on the hallway lights again.

First thing definitely good location but room very small no windows, night sleep felt itchy, towels smell horrible and toilet a bit flood when having a shower, ventilation fan noisy.early check-out the next day. Too bad having this experience in this hotel.

Very disappointed and disgusting holiday...at the hotel on 11/11/23 at around 1500 hrs and was told by hotel staffs that i had cancel my booking and indeed very surprise when i do not cancel my booking which i had paid in full could and explaination on this be englighten to me asap.

For the price we pay, definitely u can't compare with 4 stars or 5 stars hotel. This is worth staying for the price. Very gd location. U will need access card to go up to yr hotel (felt safe)Room even provide toothbrushes & towels. Very cheap n gd location overall
