The overall feeling is good👍👍👍The landlord will warmly welcome you~Can also speak Chinese😂😂The area around the accommodation is very quietIt's just a short walk away from JR Oji StationBut I think it's okayThe landlord told me when I arrivedThis is the only room with a microwaveIt's great for me😂

This is an apartment. There is no front or lobby. You really and do mean really, you need to call before coming here or you will not be able to enter your room. There is only one person working here that prefers you speak English to him rather than Japanese. Because there is only one person working here at a time, if you call while he's busy cleaning rooms or something, this apartment will not pick up. Call sparingly but soon rather than later.I stayed in 2 room between 1 weekDepending on your room you will not have clothes rack, extension cord, or hot water maker. 201 had all 3 of them but 202 did not.The location is quiet but outside noise will come in from the window/sNo bidets or power outlet for the hair dryer in the bathroom/bathtub comboThere is a supermarket/hardware store within minutes of the apartment for anything you need.There is a 5000yen price jump when you reserve the day of.

Fantastic hotel! About 10 minutes’ walking distance from Ouji train station, with surroundings peaceful and room nice. All kinds of snack bars and convenient stores covered the region nearby with just about 4 minutes’ walking distance. Wonderful room service and conditions, which you deserve to experience.

For me, this B&B apartment is really good value for money. I really love the minimalist dark gray bed sheets! The apartment also prepared diffusers, which was very attentive. The Winnie the Pooh used to hang dishcloths in the sink is so cute. I would like to ask the B&B for the link! I will choose this B&B apartment next time I go on a business trip!
