I was supposed to have a meet with the manager of this Warabi share house ,we exchanged emails , was everything ok for meet after 2pm . I arrived early and wait for 1 hour. So , someone who work there just said to me that the manager wake up feeling sick and also didn’t remembered to schedule this appointment with me ! I felt so angry ! To me was a disrespect , but at the end , after see just the entrance of the place , it was a relief that didn’t work , cause look very old and a mess. I had lucky after all!

Stayed here for a year, rent is cheap compared to many places in Tokyo. About a 10 minute walk from the station.About a 45 minute commute to Shibuya. The rooms are small, but typical for the Tokyo area. The common areas are dirty, including the bathrooms, kitchens, common room, and hallway.Free high speed internet is great, but bring your own wireless router.

Very dirty cockroaches house. Manager dont do anything, just try to use residents for dirty works. Management company is more terrible, just following profit and avoiding their work. I cant believe that Japanese governments don’t do anything too.

This is not "Japan". It's overseas. If you leave things behind, they will be stolen. There are many foreigners who don't follow the rules. The owner is suitable, and the management company is also suitable. Even though standing in the toilet is prohibited, he ignores the rules and spreads his mess., Toilet paper is never replenished, and the washing machine is of good quality despite the high rent for a shared house. If that's okay, then it's okay.

The living room and kitchen have recently been renovated and equipped, making it easier to use.Although the number of foreigners decreased somewhat due to the influence of the coronavirus, I was able to interact with many unique people.I think that once the coronavirus subsides, we will see more foreign nationals moving in.I was able to make some good memories by living here.

The official website of the guest house and the guest house itself are completely different. Only the front door and the flower shop opposite are the same.Perhaps the guesthouse once looked like the pictures on the Internet, but now it has become much dirtier. Dirt everywhere. The kitchen is infested with cockroaches, the smell is terrible. There used to be a lot of books in the common room, but when I first moved in, there were none at all. Now, with the new manager, books have begun to appear again, which is very pleasing. There is a TV and board games, which is also good news. There are 3 computers in the hallway on the first floor. There is also Wi-fi on the 1st floor. The screens on the windows in the corridors and rooms are almost all torn, which is why a huge number of insects fly in. The rooms are small and dirty. You have to clean yourself when you check in. The toilets are ordinary.Gest is considered cheap, but in its current state this is not the case. You can find places for the same money, but cleaner and more comfortable. One of the biggest advantages of this place is the people. Many different people from different countries live here. I met wonderful and really interesting people who can help if there are difficulties. This is a huge life experience. The people are the reason why this place deserves a 6 out of 10.
