On the morning of 10/7, there was a short-haired, thin, older waitress in the restaurant who was extremely rude, kept looking at the guests at an angle, didn't greet them, and moved tables and chairs around loudly. From the moment she entered the venue until the end, she looked at everyone with suspicious eyes. I had to go get the meal, so I didn't hold the egg shell in my hand, I put the egg shell aside first, and tried to throw it away later, but the waiter looked at me suspiciously again. I saw it with my own eyes. Afterwards, I kept looking at people obliquely, was very rude, didn't say hello, was very different from the other waiters, and was very bad.

I used to live in Akabane and wanted to stay at this hotel, so I used it when I returned to Japan temporarily. It's a new hotel, so the building was clean and comfortable. The hot spring was smaller than I expected, and it was crowded even late at night, so I couldn't relax, but the quality of the hot springs was pleasant. However, after checking out, I received a call from the hotel, so I called back and was told that the toilet was clogged and hand towels came out from inside.I asked if there was anything I could think of, but I had been able to use the restroom without any problems until just before checking out, and I wouldn't have done something like that on purpose, so I told them that I couldn't think of anything, but that I was sorry if I had caused any inconvenience. I was told, ``It's fine as long as it doesn't come to mind,'' and the conversation ended, but after I hung up the phone, I felt angry.I wonder if there's at least a "Thank you for getting back to me."It's a shame because I was looking forward to it.There are several beautiful hotels with good value for money nearby, so I don't think I'll stay there again.

As a business hotel, it is quite complete. The public bath is nice, the breakfast is delicious, and you can drink alcohol for free in the evening. The bed was just the right hardness and I slept well. However, it is not recommended for those who want to do a lot of work in their hotel room because the desk is small.
